China is in a critical period of agricultural modernization.Agricultural development has entered the stage of modern agriculture from traditional agriculture.The development of modern agriculture is inseparable from the role of the industrial division of labor.The division of labor has promoted the specialization of the development of productive forces,and it has also made the industrial boundaries increasingly clear.But when productivity develops to a certain extent,the industrial boundary will become an obstacle to industrial development.Promote rural development when the gap between urban and rural areas is obvious.It is necessary to break the boundaries between agriculture and other industries and carry out rural industrial integration.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.It is of great significance in the development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers in the country.Development of integration of three industries in rural areas is the main way to revitalize rural industries.For the development of integration of three industries in rural areas,technology spillovers between industries,and value sharing of participants are key factors to maintain the operation of the system.Cross-industry technological innovation and technology penetration have a decisive impact on rural three industries' convergence.It has become a new driving force for the development of integration of three industries in rural areas,and it provides technical support for the integration of agriculture and other industries.All the subjects participating in the industrial integration share the value increment in the coordinated development,which provides the material basis for integration of three industries in rural areas.From the perspective of development results,the impact of development of three industries integration in rural areas is multifaceted.Under different development models,it not only increases farmers' income but also gives full play to the multiple benefits of rural natural resources.The rural ecological environment will be improved as a result.To find a way to promote the d development of integration of three industries in rural areas,it is necessary to first understand its development level and related factors.In terms of development level evaluation,the complexity of the integration of three industries in rural areas system is analyzed in this paper.According to the word frequency statistics of the policy documents,the key factors affecting the integration of three industries in rural areas have been obtained.Associating key indicators with statistical data,an evaluation model was established using the analytic hierarchy process.The annual development level of integration of three industries in rural areas can be calculated based on accurate statistical data.A more in-depth analysis of the relationship between related factors is carried out using the method of system dynamics.The integration of three industries in rural areas system is divided into four subsystems: technological innovation and industrial integration,rural economic development,rural social development,and rural ecological environment.Based on the above work,analyze the variable relationship between the systems and establish a system dynamics model.The established system dynamics model was used to predict the development level of integration of three industries in rural areas system from2020 to 2022.COVID-19 has had a serious impact on social and economic development.In the study,a quantitative analysis of the impact of COVID-19 was carried out.It is concluded that in 2020 the development level of integration of three industries in rural areas will change from a normal increase of 7.0% to a decrease of 4.94%.According to the theoretical analysis,development level evaluation and system dynamics model analysis of integration of three industries in rural areas,this paper puts forward the key points of path selection and policy suggestions to promote the development of integration of three industries in rural areas.
