Research On The Integration And Development Of 123 Industries In Qionglai Rural Areas

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s agricultural and rural developm ent has also been on a new level.The grain has increased at a high annual rate,farmers’ incom e has continued to grow,and rural infrastructure has improved significantly.However,there are still some problems behind the achievements,such as the rising cost of agricultural production,the increasing pressure of resources and environment,the intensified competition of international agricultural products market,the slow increase of farmers’ income,and the obvious gap between urban and rural areas.How to improve agricultural development,promote farmers’ income and promote rural development has become a problem to be solved.In order to solve these problems,the Central Committee proposed to promote the integration and development of one,two,three industries in rural areas.The integration of one,two,three industries is an important way to promote the development of rural industry and the sustainable increase of farmers’ income.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the integration of rural one,two and three industries.This article mainly takes the Qionglai city agriculture superiority characteristic industry as the research object,analyzes the Qionglai city countryside primary,second and third industry amalgamation development existence question and its behind reason;To understand the existing patterns of the integration and development of the first,second and third industries in the rural areas of Qionglai City,and to explore innovative models suitable for the integration and development of the first,second and third industries in Qionglai City,so as to accelerate the development of the integration of the first,second and third industries in the countryside.Qionglai City for the integration of industry development to provide a new idea,method and breakthrough.This paper mainly adopts the research methods such as investigation,literature research,technology integration theory,industrialization management theory and so on.This paper is divided into five parts.The first and second parts introduce the development background,research significance,related concepts and theoretical basis of the integration of the first,second and third industries.Third,the fourth part mainly carries on the field investigation and the data consultation to the Qionglai City industry development present situation,analyzes the Qionglai City relies on the planting industry,the aquaculture processing sale promotes the primary,second and third industries to merge the development superiority and the main form.The existing problems and the causes of the problems in the process of its development are also summarized.The fifth part of Qionglai relying on the characteristics of industry To promote the integration of the first,second and third industries,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the rural infrastructure and information construction,to perfect the relevant laws and regulations,to perfect the management system and to promote the development.The innovations of this paper are as follows: first,how to promote the integration of Qionglai’s first,second and third industries on the basis of the development of local characteristics;The second is to analyze the problems and causes in the development of industry convergence based on local industry,and put forward some relevant policies.
