Rural industry integration is an important development strategy for promoting agricultural and rural modernization and realizing rural revitalization.It is also the only way for China to develop rural one position in the country for many years.However,due to the dependence on traditional agriculture,the agricultural industry chain is short,the added value of agricultural products is not high,the employment capacity is small,and farmers 'income increase is difficult.keep falling.By investigating the level of rural industrial integration development in Heilongjiang Province,looking for the factors that lead to the slow development of rural industries,exploring the driving factors and impact of rural industrial integration development,so as to give full play to advantages,fill in shortcomings,and promote the comprehensive development of rural industries in Heilongjiang Province as soon as possible.It is of great significance for realizing agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income.This article selects Heilongjiang Province as the research area,combines field surveys and statistical data,based on statistical data,combined with the current status of rural industry development in Heilongjiang Province,constructs an indicator system,and uses a comprehensive index method to analyze the level of Heilongjiang rural industry integration development.Taking the new agricultural management subject as the interview object,using rooted theory to identify and select the driving factors for the development of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province,constructing a theoretical model,based on the survey data,using the principal component analysis method to verify the driving factors,and using the structural equation model Empirical analysis of the driving path and degree of influence of the driving factors of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province.The questionnaire survey is conducted from the farmer's micro perspective,and based on the planned behavior theory,the driving factors of farmers' willingness to participate in industrial integration are studied.Finally,in order to improve the development level of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province,strengthen the role of various related factors,and promote small farms and modern agriculture to organically propose countermeasures.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Explain the problems and root causes of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of problem consciousness,and point out that the original resource-based path dependence of Heilongjiang Province is the reason for the slow development of rural industrial integration under the guidance of institutional change theory.Industrial transformation and upgrading will provide a research basis for promoting the integration of rural industries.According to changes in the industry life cycle,it is pointed out that targeted driving strategies should be adopted for different stages of industrial development.(2)Evaluation of the level of integration and development of rural industries in Heilongjiang Province.By constructing an evaluation index system,selecting statistical data,and using the comprehensive index method,the development level of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province is evaluated from both the overall index and the sub-index.The evaluation results show that the development of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province is moving from a low level of integration The transformation of medium and low-level integration,the level of industrial integration is at the initial stage.Among the existing factors that measure the development level of industrial integration,the extension of the agricultural industry chain and the integration of rural service industry are at the stage of low-level development.It is still at a low level of development,and farmers' income increase is also at a low level of development and the weakest effect of all evaluation factors.(3)Identify and select the driving factors of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province.Using rooted theoretical methods,through interviews with heads of agricultural enterprises,heads of farmers 'cooperatives,and rural cadres,identify relevant driving factors,and through open decoding,spindle decoding,and selective decoding,construct theoretical models and explore government Support,market factors,agricultural industrialization organization methods,resource endowments,technological innovation,and other related index factors,put forward research hypotheses.(4)Empirical analysis of the research hypothesis,through a questionnaire survey on the new agricultural management entity that is the main body of rural industrial integration,using SPSS software to analyze the reliability and validity of each scale,and applying AMOS software to verify the factors The structural equation model constructs the actual driving factors for the development of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province,and obtains the degree of influence of these factors on the development of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province.From the perspective of the degree of effect,the factors of agricultural industrial organization> government support chain> Agricultural efficiency> Farmer income> Agricultural versatility play> Rural economic development.From the analysis results,it can be seen that among the driving factors for the development of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province,the market driving factors,technological innovation factors,especially human resources factors are insufficiently motivated.The effect on farmers' income and agricultural versatility is relatively weak,and these aspects should be paid attention to in future development.(5)Starting from the purpose of organic integration of small farmers and modern agriculture,through a questionnaire survey on ordinary farmers who are the main participants of rural industrial integration,using planned behavior theory to explore the driving factors of farmers 'willingness to participate in industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province,and adopting the dual logit model Do regression analysis.The results of the study show that personal characteristics,family endowments,perceived behaviors,and responses to the external environment have varying degrees of influence on farmers' willingness to participate in rural industrial integration.The results show that farmers' satisfaction with cooperatives is relatively high,and their cognition of enterprises leading industrial integration is insufficient.Risk cognition,policy cognition,and age factors are all factors that affect the willingness of rural industrial integration development.Based on the above conclusions,this article puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions:(1)based on resource endowment,give play to comparative advantages,develop characteristic industries,and enhance market competitiveness;(2)strengthen the ability of the new agricultural
