The Year of the 2021 is the beginning of a new journey to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way.It is also the beginning of the 14 th five-year plan.China has shifted to a stage of high-quality development, while the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development remains prominent, the livelihood security of the people is weak, and social governance is still weak, the proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for formulating the 14 th five-year plan for National Economic and social development and the long-term goals for 2035,adopted at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, puts forward that the well-being of our people will reach new levels, realizing the effective link between consolidating and expanding the achievements made in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, strengthening the new relationship between industry, agriculture, and urban-rural areas, which fosters mutual promotion, coordinated development and common prosperity between industry and agriculture, and advancing the new type of urbanization with people at its core, the total number of migrant workers will continue to increase in 2020,up by 1.9% over the previous year. The growth rate is fluctuating.Based on the perspective of social integration, this paper makes a statistical study on the multidimensional poverty and inequality of migrant workers in cities. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1)Construction of multidimensional poverty identification system for migrant workers from the perspective of social integration.Based on the concepts of multidimensional poverty and social integration and related theories, combined with the selection of the existing multidimensional poverty and social integration indicators for migrant workers, the paper constructs a multidimensional poverty identification system for migrant workers from the perspective of individual, which includes education, security, residence, social integration and social integration.2)Empirical measurement of multidimensional poverty and multidimensional poverty inequality.Using Modified FGT index,FGT expansion index and segregation inequality index, this paper measures and decomposes the extent, depth, intensity and multi-dimensional poverty inequality of rural migrant workers in China, this paper compares the multi-dimensional poverty and multi-dimensional poverty inequality and its sources among the sex, generation, gender and gender of the migrant workers in cities, and decomposes the regional disparity inequality according to the space and structure, the kernel density sum and convergence method is used to analyze the dynamic convergence of inter-provincial multidimensional poverty. Finally, the poverty characteristics of migrant workers are further classified from the perspective of the combination of income, consumption and multidimensional poverty, further measurement of multidimensional poverty inequality using CSPI index.3)Multidimensional study on the influencing factors of poverty. This paper measures and analyzes the importance and Heterogeneity of individual, external environment and family factors on multidimensional poverty, and probes into the impact on multidimensional poverty inequality,so as to get the specific path of poverty alleviation and provide reference for precise poverty alleviation. The main conclusions are as follows:1)Compared with 2013,the multidimensional poverty extent, depth and intensity of rural migrant workers in China have increased,0<k<0.3 poor groups have relatively large poverty gap and inequality, while k?0.3 poor groups and extreme poor groups have larger multidimensional poverty extent;.2)The levels of multidimensional poverty and segregation inequality of females are higher than those of males, and the levels of multidimensional poverty and segregation inequality of the older generation are higher than those of the younger generation, which are decomposed by multidimensional poverty and multidimensional poverty inequality index. The gender, the new and the old generation show different characteristics of poverty, the unequal contribution rate of females in the dimensions of residence and social integration is higher, and the inequality of the old generation in the dimensions of education and security is higher than that of the new generation.3)The multi-dimensional poverty level is larger in the West and smaller in the middle of China, and the inequality level has a tendency to increase year by year. The results of spatial decomposition mostly come from the region, the inequality level in the West is always higher, and the education dimension is the main source of the national and regional inequality.Multi-dimensional poverty levels in the eastern provinces vary greatly, while in the western regions the improvement is relatively small.4)The correlation between income poverty, income consumption poverty and multi-dimensional poverty is weak, the incidence of multi-dimensional welfare-lagged poverty is higher in China, followed by welfare-synchronized poverty, and income-multidimensional-lagged poverty is higher in the east, the middle and the West.5)Mobility types, length of residence, access to the Internet, employment contracts, job satisfaction, government scores and urban-rural equity have relatively important effects on multidimensional poverty, and have some differences on multidimensional poverty and its impact on income, consumption and multidimensional poverty.Multidimensional poverty among women is higher than that among men,and among the new and old generations,it is mainly due to different social opportunities.Low Working Ability, unequal opportunity, lack of resources among parents and their families are the main causes of inequality. The possible innovation points are:1)Research perspective innovation.Based on the existing research, this paper constructs a multidimensional poverty identification system for migrant workers from the perspective of social integration, and combines the characteristics of the Times.2)Research content innovation. On the basis of multidimensional poverty level, this paper considers multidimensional poverty inequality, and measures multidimensional poverty inequality from the perspective of gender, intergenerational and regional differences, decomposes the source of inequality and measures the influencing factors of inequality.3)Innovative research methods: based on the deprivation score, the depth and intensity of multidimensional poverty were calculated and decomposed according to the lower bound k,the inequality was decomposed according to the decomposition between groups and within groups, and the structural source of inequality was measured by the variance decomposition.
