Research On The Construction Of Honesty Culture In Urban Community

As the ideological and moral essence of extraordinary traditional Chinese culture,honesty culture is not only the value core of the vigorous development of all socialist undertakings,but also an important aspect of the modernization of the national governance system and capability.And honesty culture in the modern context is a kind of culture in a broad sense,which is defined as the value,code of conduct and regulation containing system,idea,technology and other elements.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the acceleration of social transformation,the diversity of people’s life and the values have led to the reconstruction of interests and the change of social order,and also led to the frequent occurrence of honesty problems,which has become a typical social problem.As a result,strengthening the construction of honesty culture has become an important guarantee and a key means to solve social problems,alleviate social contradictions and maintain social order.In addition,urban community,an important unit of grass-roots governance,is a significant field for the construction of honesty culture.Strengthening the honesty culture construction in urban communities can effectively reconcile the contradictions between urban grassroots,adjust the order of grass-roots society,and realize the healthy,harmonious and orderly development of grass-roots society.In recent years,the honesty culture construction in urban community has made some achievements under the promotion of the party and the government.But at the same time,under the background of profound economic and social changes and accelerated urbanization in China,due to the imperfection of grass-roots construction mechanism,the particularity and complexity of urban grass-roots public affairs,there are still many problems and dilemmas of honesty culture construction in the urban community,which leads to the poor effect of honesty culture construction,and becomes the underlying cause for the lagging of the honesty construction.Therefore,in order to better promote honesty system construction in the new era and the modernization process of grass-roots governance,it is necessary to study honesty culture construction in urban community.Based on the theoretical perspective of Marxism,this study takes the basic theory of honesty culture as the starting point,the grass-roots social governance as the main line,mainly using literature research,investigation research,case study,interdisciplinary research and other research methods.And a relatively complete theoretical analysis framework is built for the construction practice of honesty culture in the urban grass-roots field.First of all,Starting from the essential connotation and value function of honesty culture,based on the realistic carrier of urban community,this paper makes clear the target positioning of honesty culture construction in urban community in the new era,and explains the significance of strengthening honesty culture construction in urban community in the new era.Secondly,It also deeply explains that the realistic practice of honesty culture construction in the urban community is rooted in the development requirements of the state,society and community.Under such a realistic premise,the honesty culture construction in the urban community is promoted by a realistic review of taking institutional norms as the important guarantee,the concept construction as the basic element,and the big data application as the innovation path.Thirdly,on the basis of expounding the theoretical analysis and realistic review of honesty culture construction in urban community,through the practical investigation of honesty culture construction in national urban communities,this paper aims to clarify the achievements of the current honesty culture construction in urban community in the aspects of system construction,concept consciousness,and the technology,and overall level,etc.,as well as the four realistic problems in the aspects of solidification of construction mode,low level of institutionalization,lack of participation and low efficiency of innovation,and deeply analyze the causes of problems.Finally,the optimized path is put forward in four dimensions of management mode,system construction,main body construction and innovation practice for promoting honesty culture construction in the urban community on the basis of analyzing the problems and reasons of construction,which provides useful suggestions for the development and improvement in the urban community as well as gives new ideas to advance the grassroots modernization of social governance.
