| The cyberspace based on Internet technology has been deeply embedded in all aspects of human production and life,greatly affecting the way of human existence and the process of social development.Internet technology has greatly increased social productivity and improved the quality of human life.However,the development of things often shows two sides.Internet technology has also brought about many aspects of the problem,such as digital divide,cyber crime,cyber war,infringement of intellectual property rights and personal privacy rights,some problems even threaten national sovereignty and national security.The challenges are even more severe for the late-developing countries and relatively backward developing countries in Internet technology,especially the cyberspace governance issues where governance theories are relatively lagging.Xi Jinping pointed out,“In today’s world,the competition for dominance and control over cyberspace is becoming increasingly fierce.All major countries regard informatization as their national strategic development focus and priority.Whoever masters the Internet will grasp the initiative of the times.” In order to safeguard their own interests,various countries have introduced relevant strategies,policies,laws and regulations on the development of cyberspace and cyberspace governance,strengthened international cooperation in cyberspace governance,promoted the reform of global cyberspace governance mechanisms,and actively strived for more networks governance rights.In this process,their respective cyberspace governance concepts,thoughts and theories have gradually formed.Among the developing countries,China is the most representative and typical.As the world’s Internet power and the country with the largest number of Internet users,China is accelerating its progress from a major cyber country to a strong cyberpower.Standing at a new historical node,how to manage cyberspace well under the new network environment and realize the fundamental interests of the people has become a great project.The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the governance of cyberspace,placing the security and stability of cyberspace in an important position related to national security and social stability.Based on the advanced governance experience at home and abroad,it is guided by Marxist state governance theory and closely integrated with China.The overall goal of advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,taking advantage of the trend,in the process of gradually advancing cyberspace governance with Chinese characteristics,has formed a relatively complete set of scientific cyberspace governance with Chinese style,Chinese solutions,and Chinese characteristics.The ideological system has become the ideological follow-up and action guide for the governance of China’s cyberspace in the new era,and it needs to be analyzed in detail to promote internalization.Systematically combing the Chinese Communist Part’s cyberspace governance thinking is of great value and significance,whether it is to promote the research on the theoretical system of national governance with Chinese characteristics in the new era,or to promote the governance of cyberspace in the new era.This article takes the Chinese Communist Party’s cyberspace governance thoughts and theories as the research object,guided by Marxist theory,and mainly uses the analytical methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.On the basis of combing and clarifying the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,evolution process and evolution characteristics of the Communist Party’s cyberspace governance thought,focusing on the four component dimensions of governance subject,object,goal,and means,the scientific understanding of the Communist Party of China’s cyberspace governance,The conclusions and important thoughts are condensed and summarized,and the logical principles and main characteristics of the Chinese Communist Party’s cyberspace governance thoughts are analyzed.On this basis,it discusses the governance achievements under the guidance of the Chinese Communist Party’s cyberspace governance thoughts,the challenges and problems that may be encountered in practice,theoretical and practical values,etc,and more systematically answers the Chinese Communist Party’s cyberspace governance thoughts.Where does it come from?
