Study tour is a kind of inquiry learning activity with both tourism and education,which aims to satisfy the curiosity of study travelers.In recent years,under the joint promotion of various factors,the market scale of study tour in C hina is constantly expanding,the supply subject continues to increase,and the market demand is increasing day by day.However,there are still some problems in this field,such as low matching degree between supply and demand,unclear policy supply,imperfect service supply,imperfect evaluation and supervision mechanism,and shortage of professional talents.The root cause of the above problems lies in the diversification of the supply subjects of the study tour industry and the lack of effective connection and system synergy among the multiple subjects.According to the theory of synergy,in situations involving the cooperation of multiple subjects,conditions such as clear goals,appropriate division of roles,sharing knowledge and skills,supervision of synergy process and feedback of synergy results can improve the efficiency of the team and achieve better results than acting alone.The synergy theory involves synergy subjects and synergy condition,etc.,"order parameter" plays a key role in the process of the system from disorder to order,and then from order to high order,while "control parameter" is the external driving force that drives the system away from or close to the equilibrium state.By finding the "order parameter" and "control parameter" in the synergy system,the system can realize an orderly structure with some functions.This theory is highly targeted for analyzing and solving many problems existing in C hina’s study tour industry.Of course,due to the complexity of the problem,it is also necessary to identify the synergy subjects with the help of the actor network theory and the synergy influencing factors with the help of the self-determination theory,so as to systematically and comprehensively explore the synergy mechanism of the study tour industry.In view of this,on the basis of the actor network theory,synergy theory and self determination theory,this paper,takes supply subjects of study tour industry as the research object,starts from the perspective of supply subjects synergy,uses literature research method,interdisciplinary comprehensive analysis and exploratory timing design mixed research system,aims to identify supply subjects,synergy elements,synergy influencing factors and the interaction mechanism of the study tour industry,providing scientific basis to effectively promote the synergistic development during synergy subjects of study tour industry.This paper adopts the logical idea of "problem origin-theoretical reviewconstruction of theoretical framework-model construction-empirical test-conclusion suggestion" to conduct the research.The specific research process is divided into five stages.In the first stage,the author combed more than 400 documents systematically that conclude the relevant literature at home and abroad,industry data,and industry stakeholders depth interview text,understood the related background policy,development status and problems of the study tour industry,put forward the theoretical framework of this paper,namely "synergy subjects-synergy elements-synergy influencing factors-synergy performance".In the second stage,the author conducted a semi-structured interview with 56 representative stakeholders in the study tour industry,used the rooted theoretical analysis method to verify the theoretical framework,identified the synergistic elements and synergistic influencing factors,formed a theoretical model,and put forward the research hypotheses of ma in effect,mediation effect and regulation effect.In the third stage,the author developed the scale that is related to the synergy mechanism of the supply subjects of the study tour industry with the literature and the interview results,which provided t he basis for quantitative research.In the fourth stage,the author issued 300 questionnaires for pre-investigation.After analyzing the reliability and validity of the scale,questionnaires were distributed to departments,enterprises and institutions related to the study tour across the country for formal investigation,providing data for the empirical test.In the fifth stage,the author conducted an empirical study on 927 questionnaires collected from the formal investigation,including descriptive stat istical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,structural equation model test,mediation effect and adjustment effect test,etc.,thus verifying the synergy mechanism of the supply subjects of the study tour industry and providing a basis for management enlightenment and suggestions.Based on the above research process,this paper draws the following research findings and main conclusions:(1)The supply subjects of China’s study tour industry synergy is all subjects except consumers,including the po licy supply subjects and the service supply subjects.(2)Goal synergy,resource synergy,system synergy,benefit synergy and organizational commitment have a significant positive impact on synergy performance,It shows that the high synergy of these elements will improve the level of synergy performance.(3)Organizational commitment has some intermediary roles in the influence of synergistic elements and synergistic performance,it shows that organizational commitment is not the only factor that affects the performance of synergy,so it is necessary to consider many factors and formulate a reasonable synergy strategy to improve the performance of synergy.(4)Environmental dynamics and environmental competitiveness have a significant negative regulator y effect on the relationship between resource synergy and synergy performance.That is,the more significant the environmental dynamics and environmental competitiveness,the higher the degree of resource synergy will reduce the level of synergy performance.In other words,in the case of high dynamic environment,the path dependence and lack of innovation will affect the performance of resource synergy.In the case of high environmental competitiveness,the loss of high-quality resources and the leakage of core competitiveness may affect the performance of synergy.(5)Environmental dynamics and environmental competitiveness have no significant regulatory role between goal synergy,system synergy,benefit synergy and synergy performance.Based on the above research findings,this paper puts forward management enlightenment and suggestions from three perspectives: synergistic subjects,synergistic elements and synergistic influenc ing factors.First of all,from the perspective of policy suppliers and service suppliers,it is necessary to attach great importance to goal synergy,resource synergy,system synergy,benefit synergy and organizational commitment.Secondly,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of study tour,it is necessary to clarify the goals of the study tour industry,build a global resource platform for study tour,and perfect the access and exit mechanism,assessment and evaluation system,safety guarantee mechanism,fund coordination mechanism and supervision and manageme nt mechanism of the study tour industry.Finally,from the perspective of organizational commitment to enhance the synergy,the management environment of "symbiosis and co-prosperity" should be built,the emotional dependence of the synergy subjects on the organization,and the centripetal force of the organization should be strengthened.At the same time,we should create an equal,open and inclusive organizational atmosphere,infiltrate inclusive ideas into all levels of the organization,and encourage synergy subjects to "make the best use of their talents".This paper tries to innovate in the following four aspects.First of all,in terms of theory,by constructing the theoretical framework of the supplier synergy mechanism of the study tour industry,the supplier synergy theory of the study tour industry is expanded,and the network theory of actor and self-decision theory are applied to this field for the first time.Secondly,in terms of research perspective,this paper conducts research from the perspective of the supplier of the study tour industry,which provides a new perspective for fully understanding the establishment process of the synergy mechanism of the industry and deeply exploring the synergistic development of the study tour industry,makes up for the shortcomings of the existing research,and also provides a C hinese vision for the research in this field.Thirdly,in terms of methods,this paper adopts the exploratory timing design hybrid research method for the first time in the field of study tour,which provides a new idea for multi-level and multi-perspective research problems.Finally,in terms of research conclusions,this paper puts forward the synergy mode of suppliers in study tour industry,and puts forward targeted suggestions for promoting the synergistic development of supply subjects in study tour industry in China.
