In the 2017,the Ministry of Education proposed in the Standards of Ideological and Political Curriculum for Senior High Schools that ideological and political courses in high schools should cultivate students' four core qualities: political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law,and public participation.While the public participation is the most practical of the four qualities.How to cultivate students' public participation quality has a unique and important role.High school students' public participation in literacy cultivation is also a complex systematic project,which needs to coordinate with schools,society,families and other forces to achieve coordinated improvement in cultivating subjects,approaches,resources,environment and evaluation.This research comprehensively uses research methods such as literature analysis.It systematically expounds the concepts of public participation literacy and synergy mechanism,and uses Marxist universal connection theory,Engels 'historical joint force theory,and comprehensive human development.Theory,system theory and synergy theory are the theoretical foundations,and the applicability of these theories in the study of the synergy mechanism of public participation literacy cultivation in high school students is analyzed.The study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of constructing a collaborative mechanism for public participation literacy cultivation among high school students.Based on a survey of several typical high school schools in Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,the effectiveness of public participation literacy cultivation among high school students is analyzed.At the same time,it points out that there are still some difficulties in the coordination of high school students' public participation in literacy cultivation in terms of cultivation subjects,cultivation methods,cultivation resources,cultivation environment,cultivation evaluation,etc.The reasons for the difficulties of high school students' public participation in literacy cultivation collaboration are the lack of awareness of the importance of the collaboration mechanism by the training subject,the public participation literacy cultivation collaborative education platform has not been established,the cultivation resources have not yet formed an effective joint force,the test-oriented education has a utilitarian tendency,and lack of collaboration External support and guarantee of the education mechanism.To build a collaborative mechanism for the cultivation of public participation literacy among high school students,it is necessary to achieve subject coordination and establish a communication mechanism between teachers,parents,and students;to achieve channel coordination,establish classroom teaching as the core,complement practical classrooms,and use online classrooms Expanded "big classroom" system;to achieve resource collaboration,make full use of online self-media and other media resources to build a joint resource community of the school and family society;to achieve environmental collaboration,optimize the social environment,campus environment,teaching environment to achieve the cultivation effect Optimization;to achieve synergy in evaluation,diversification of evaluation subjects,and diversification of evaluation methods;to achieve the improvement of public participation literacy of high school students through the coordination of various systems of public participation literacy cultivation.
