Research On The Supply Mechanism Of Infant Care Service In China From The Perspective Of Multiple Synergy Theory

The supply of infant care service is a typical livelihood problem,which is related to the health and well-being of every citizen.The supply of infant care services is closely related to children and women,family and state,government and society.With the implementation of the "comprehensive two child" policy,the contradiction between supply and demand of infant care service is increasingly prominent,and the "having children with children" has been paid unprecedented attention in the 19th middle school.Infant care services have changed from traditional family issues to social concerns and have been included in the national development agenda.How to implement the guiding opinions on promoting the development of care services for infants under 3 years old issued by the general office of the State Council,and effectively reach the overall idea of expanding the effective supply of inclusive care services proposed in the implementation plan of special action to support social forces to develop inclusive care services(Trial Implementation)in october2019,which is a practical question to be solved.The theory and practice of infant care service supply are varied.The basic track of infant care service evolution is from government single supply to market supply to multi-agent cooperative supply.Because the main body of participating in the supply is heterogeneous,it will be restricted by many factors in the supply of infant care service,which will affect the effectiveness of the overall cooperation.This paper uses literature research method,system research method and other research methods to combine infant care service with multi coordination theory framework,and analyzes how the multi subjects of infant care service from 0-3 years old in China are going to cooperate and realize overall multiplication from the aspects of the dynamic mechanism of formation and development of multiple coordination,the main influencing factors and influencing mechanism of cooperative effect acquisition The collaborative supply effect of the system provides a new perspective for improving the supply of the support service in China.
