Research On The Governance Of Public Sports Service Space In Urban Communities

From the perspective of spatial governance,this study aims to reveal the governance status and causes of public sports service space in urban communities,explore spatial governance strategies,effectively solve the governance problems of public sports service space in urban communities,and promote the improvement of governance capacity and governance level of public sports service space in urban communities.This study mainly adopts literature data method,expert interview method,spatial analysis method,network analytic hierarchy process,evolutionary game model,simulation experiment and other research methods.On the basis of comprehensively revealing the current situation and characteristics of public sports service spatial governance in urban communities,this study explores the development law of public sports service space governance in urban communities from four dimensions: spatial layout,governance efficiency evaluation,demand hierarchy analysis and subject behavior game,and put forward the multi-dimensional guarantee mechanism and practice path of public sports service space governance in urban communitie.This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting sustainable development of public sports service space in urban communities and promoting modernization of governance system and governance capacity of public sports service space in urban communities.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)By exploring the spatial distribution of public sports services in urban communities,it is found that Shanghai,Wuhan,Ganzhou and Chengdu have different distribution characteristics in the distribution center of gravity and direction trend,nuclear density and distribution hot spots.In terms of dynamic mechanism,four dimensions of political factors,economic factors,population factors and organizational factors and nine factors are constructed to explore the driving effect of spatial layout characteristics of public sports services in four investigated urban communities.After discretization,the differences of the dynamic mechanism of the spatial distribution of public sports services in four urban communities and the results of factor detection,ecological detection and two-factor interaction detection were obtained.(2)Based on the principles of concreteness,feasibility and typicality,the evaluation index system of governance effectiveness of public sports service space in urban communities was constructed,which was composed of five evaluation dimensions of rationality,fairness,satisfaction,diversity and coupling,and 39 evaluation indexes.From the overall perspective,Shanghai,Wuhan,Chengdu and Ganzhou had the highest average value of rationality index of public sports service spatial governance in urban communities,while the diversity index and coupling index ranked lower.At the regional level,Shanghai outperformed the other three cities in terms of rationality,fairness,satisfaction,diversity and coupling index,while Wuhan and Chengdu were equally effective in governance,and Ganzhou ranked the bottom.(3)As a key link of spatial governance,the relationship between supply and demand is one of the important dimensions of public sports service spatial governance in urban communities.It is found that the overall demand level of public sports service space in urban communities is low and should be provided in a certain priority order.Among them,a total of 17 services under the division of public sports service space demand in urban communities have a certain level,including 6 essential elements,5 one-dimensional elements,6 charm elements and 31 irrelevant elements.Secondly,the overall demand level of public sports service space in urban communities shows a tendency of "expectation" rather than "dependence",indicating that currently residents have not formed strong dependence and participation stickiness,and there is a large space for development.In addition,based on the differences of age,participation in exercise and city of residence,the paper discusses the level difference of demand and supply priority of public sports service space in urban communities at the group level.(4)To promote the accurate adaptation of supply and demand of public sports service space in urban communities is inseparable from the efficient coordination between multiple subjects.Firstly,the governance system framework of public sports service space in urban communities from the perspective of multi-subject game is deeply analyzed,including value space,psychological and behavioral space,functional space and physical space.Secondly,the study summarized the core stakeholders of public sports service space governance in urban communities into administrative supervision,service provider and demand side.Based on the conflict of interests and role positioning of the three parties,and with the help of evolutionary game theory,the paper discussed the multi-body evolutionary equilibrium strategy of public sports service space governance in urban communities.Finally,through numerical simulation experiments,the influences of factors such as initial participation intention and incentive guiding reward on the system evolution results were analyzed.In view of this,in order to promote the modernization of governance capacity and governance system of public sports service space in urban communities,this study proposed the appropriate path from the aspects of factor driving,supply debugging,demand identification and supply and demand adaptation,that is,to coordinate the balanced allocation of resources and promote the spatial layout optimization of public sports service space in urban communities,to optimize the service supply system and improve the governance efficiency of urban community public sports service space,to construct the demand list portrait to release the vitality of residents to participate in the governance of community public sports service space,to build a benefit coordination mechanism to strengthen the public sports service space governance ability in urban communities.
