| In the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,China not only ranked first in the Olympic medal tally,but also created the "Beijing Model" in Olympic education,which is contributing to the promotion of Global Olympic Values education(OVEP)in China.The2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics(referred to as the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics)is a major landmark event at an important historical juncture in China.It is an important opportunity to present China’s national image,promote national development and inspire the national spirit.Olympic education is an important part of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games.In order to host a wonderful,extraordinary and excellent Olympic Games,we should spread Olympic knowledge,carry forward the Olympic spirit and speed up the popularization and development of youth ice and snow sports.Under the background of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,the development of Olympic education has become a new path for the construction of social civilization and the cultivation of young people’s values in the new era.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the multi-subject cooperative governance of Olympic education in China.This study focuses on the main line of "main body cooperative governance" in Olympic education.This study mainly adopts the methods such as literature research,field investigation,expert interview,mathematical statistics and case study,and adopts governance theory,collaborative governance and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis of this study.Firstly,the comprehensive analysis framework of Olympic education cooperative governance is explained in detail.Secondly,based on the analytical framework and relevant theories,the main body of Olympic education cooperative governance is identified and its realistic dilemma is analyzed.Furthermore,the theoretical model of coordination effect of Olympic education is constructed and verified again,and then the optimization path and countermeasures are proposed for the practice of coordination governance of Olympic education.After comprehensive research and analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:1.From the perspective of governance theory,the multi-subject collaborative governance of Chinese Olympic education follows the operating logic of the framework of external environment,collaborative motivation,collaborative engine,collaborative behavior and collaborative results;In the framework of comprehensive analysis of collaborative governance of Olympic education,the multi-subjects play different roles and play different roles.In the process of coordination,the multi-subject has both the whole behavior and the individual behavior.The results of synergistic operation are not only the increment of Olympic educational heritage,but also the self-improvement of the subjects involved in governance.2.The main body of collaborative governance of Olympic education in China is composed of governmental bodies,social organizations,schools and enterprises;The nature and function of different participants are different,and their behaviors of participating in collaborative governance are different.At present,the cooperative governance of Olympic education in China is faced with such practical difficulties as the lack of target identification concept,imperfect system and imperfect resource sharing mechanism.3.The theoretical model of the synergistic effect of Olympic education is composed of six key latent variables,including government subject behavior,social organization subject behavior,school subject behavior,enterprise subject behavior,system design and collaborative governance effect,which are composed of observed variables of different items respectively.Nine hypothetical path relationships among the six latent variables are proposed.4.The structural equation model is used to verify the fitting parameters of the synergetic effect theoretical model of Chinese Olympic education,and the rationality of the synergetic effect theoretical model is verified.It is proved that the government subject behavior,school subject behavior and enterprise subject behavior have a positive effect on the design and synergistic effect of Olympic education collaborative governance system,and the design of Olympic education collaborative governance system also has a positive effect on the synergistic effect.However,the behavior of social organizations has no significant positive effect on the design and synergistic effect of Olympic education collaborative governance system.5.The case study proves that the key variables of the theoretical model of synergistic effect of Olympic education in this study are basically consistent with the main variables of the Olympic education practice case project,indicating that the theoretical model can effectively guide the Olympic education practice project;The implementation environment,collaborative subjects,collaborative motivation,collaborative motivation and collaborative behavior of the comprehensive analysis framework of Olympic education coordination governance are different in practice.Theoretical model should be flexibly used in reality,and the verification results of model should be treated rationally and objectively.It shows that the theoretical model of Olympic education synergy is an ideal model.6.Based on the comprehensive analysis framework of collaborative governance of Olympic education,especially the collaborative governance of the Olympic education in our country at the present time,such as the predicament of reality,the theory model fitting path validation results and case,it was designed the practice of cooperative governance path optimization framework of Olympic education in our country from the outside experience learning level,subject level,system level and system level.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to adhere to the governance concept of cultivating the healthy values of teenagers,establish the network platform of collaborative governance,improve the collaborative ability of the main body,and optimize the external environment of collaborative governance. |
