Organizational collaborative education in colleges and universities in the new era is a new theoretical topic and practical proposition in the current ideological and political field.It is a new requirement for implementing the goal of cultivating students with high moral character,and an important path to improving the quality of ideological and political work.It is also an effective response to the practical difficulties faced in university education.In response to the new situation in China’s higher education,the central government and the State Council have put forward a new concept of organizational education,which has been incorporated into the ten major educational systems of ideological and political education in universities.This indicates that strengthening organizational education is a major strategic task for implementing the goal of "cultivating people for the Party and talents for the country" and cultivating a new generation of people who are capable of shouldering the responsibility of national rejuvenation.Organizational collaborative education in colleges and universities must focus on the fundamental task of "cultivating people with morality".The first thing is to answer the fundamental question of "what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate people,and for whom to cultivate people".This paper takes the theory of Marxist humanism,Marxist resultant force theory,Marxist view of connection and development,and the education concept of the Chinese Communists as the theoretical basis,fully draws on relevant theories such as organizational science and synergy,and systematically summarizes the century-old practice of organizational education in colleges and universities of the Communist Party of China.Focusing on the experience of adhering to the leadership of the party,adhering to the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,adhering to reform and innovation,and focusing on coordination and advancement,we will learn from the management system,organizational culture,and education system of foreign colleges and universities.Based on the practical experience of organizational education from Chinese and foreign organizations,it provides an important resource reference for exploring the collaborative education research of colleges and universities in the new era.By examining the current practice of collaborative education in colleges and universities,it can be seen that its educational goals are clearly oriented,a collaborative cooperation system is gradually formed,and the educational content is increasingly meeting the diverse needs of young college students.At the same time,there are still some problems in the organizational education of colleges and universities: the leading function of the party organization is not prominent enough,the organizational education work is "fragmented",the coordination and linkage of organizations is not smooth,and the process of collaborative education is easily disturbed by complex environments.The reasons are: the concept of collaborative education has not been fully established,the law of organizational education is not thoroughly grasped,the mechanism guarantee is out of touch with the needs of collaboration,and the preparations for environmental changes are insufficient.For this reason,this paper proposes that it is necessary to explore the collaborative education of colleges and universities as an organic whole,in order to maximize the synergy of education.Based on this,this paper proposes to build a comprehensive collaborative education system from the three dimensions of goal guidance,element coordination,and system support,with the goal of "educating people for the party and talents for the country." This system also cultivates good young people in the new era with all-round development,closely combines the three elements of "party committee system organization,teaching and scientific research organization,and administrative management organization",adheres to political orientation,overall coordination,master-slave coordination,and dynamic coordination,forms a dynamic and cyclical collaborative system with "leadership planning,dynamic implementation,mechanism guarantee,transmission feedback",finally effectively coordinating the education resources of all parties and giving full play to the effectiveness of organizational collaborative education.Finally,guided by the collaborative education system of colleges and universities in the new era,this paper further proposes to enhance the integrity,systematization and coordination of organizational education.First of all,we need to strengthen the overall leadership of the party organization on collaborative education,highlight the role of“command”,and strengthen the top-level design and leading functions of the party committee on the organizational collaborative education of colleges and universities.Second,we need to improve the system operation of collaborative education,and stimulate the strong voice of “chorus”,ensuring that the main body is in the same direction,the governance structure is horizontally and vertically linked,the educational media is innovative,and the methods and measures are comprehensive.Moreover,we need to improve the guarantee supply of collaborative education,optimize the“accompaniment” function,focus on team building reform,and improve internal driving measures,activate the endogenous driving force of collaborative education,and optimize the external education environment,ensuring the standardized operation of collaborative education.Finally,we need to optimize the feedback mechanism of collaborative education,make good use of the “sound tuner”,smooth the pressure transmission to ensure the binding force of collaborative education,improve the evaluation feedback to strengthen the execution of collaborative education,integrate the value of the times to enhance the effectiveness of collaborative education,and ultimately promote the achievement of the goal of collaborative education in colleges and universities in the new era.
