According to the dilemma of collaborative Innovation in University interdisciplinary research organizations, the paper analyzes the case of collaborative innovation of university interdisciplinary research organization in the United States, puts forward the collaborative innovation strategy of university interdisciplinary research organization, which has important theoretical value and practical significance.The research work and results are listed as follows:1. Based on the analysis of the related articles, the paper defines the conception connotation of collaborative innovation, analyzes the advantage of collaborative innovation, reveals the nature and function of collaborative innovation in university interdisciplinary research organization.2. Appling the method of interview research and grounded theory, it reveals that the key factors of collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary research organization in universities.
