The collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary research organization in university is a process which collaborative subjects of many different disciplines enjoy more-competition and cooperation in interdisciplinary research organization, break the barriers of many different disciplines, fully activate the "talent, capital, information, technology" and other resources, carry out in-depth cooperation, optimize the allocation of innovation resources; promote knowledge production, knowledge communication and knowledge transfer, achieve goal of the collaborative innovation.With implementation of the "2011 plan", in the policy background that universities need to improve the demands of innovation ability. university interdisciplinary research organizations should attract all kinds of creative forces to carry out the depth of cooperation and optimization to the resources allocation of discipline, to build a "pluralism, integration, dynamic and continuous" collaborative innovation system and mechanism, and create collaborative innovation culture. However, the universities interdisciplinary research organization are faced with problems in putting the collaborative innovation theory into practice. Integrating the approaches of interviewing method, this paper makes a theoretical study of synergetics, grounded theory and triangle theory knowledge on refining the key factors of collaborative innovation from the perspective of collaborative innovation. According to the dilemma of collaborative Innovation in University interdisciplinary research organizations, the paper analyzes the case of collaborative innovation of university interdisciplinary research organization in the United States, puts forward the collaborative innovation strategy of university interdisciplinary research organization, which has important theoretical value and practical significance.The research work and results are listed as follows:1. Based on the analysis of the related articles, the paper defines the conception connotation of collaborative innovation, analyzes the advantage of collaborative innovation, reveals the nature and function of collaborative innovation in university interdisciplinary research organization.2. Appling the method of interview research and grounded theory, it reveals that the key factors of collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary research organization in universities. Get the six dilemmas of collaborative Innovation in University interdisciplinary research organizations according to the questionnaire survey.3. This paper analyzes the internal and external power which different collaborative subject have achieved collaborative innovation in university interdisciplinary research organizations, as well as between the dynamic factors of interdependence, mutual restriction and mutual influence. Based on the dynamic mechanism influence factors of collaborative innovation, put forward dynamic model of collaborative innovation in university interdisciplinary research organizations.4. Through the case study in Bio-X, Stanford; CNSE, State University of New York at Albany; CITRIS, University of California at Berkeley, The three interdisciplinary research organizations is representative of collaborative innovation, the paper inducts and deducts the operating characteristics. The operation experience provides a very good reference to the collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary research organization on universities for our country.5. Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical research results, and centering on the difficulties and dynamic of interdisciplinary research organization collaborative innovation, this paper proposes well the collaborative innovation strategy of university interdisciplinary research organization from the cooperative target, management system, operation mechanism, policy and cultur, and put forward the positive policy recommendations to promote the collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary research organization on universities.
