The knowledge economy and the great social integration environment make the position and function of industry-education integration increasingly prominent.From the “Several Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening Industry-Education Integration” to the “Implementation Plan of Construction Pilot for the National Industry-Education Integration”,industry-education integration has risen from institutional innovation to national strategy and social consensus.Industry-education integration is a process of integrated development in which the educational system and the industrial system are interconnected and closely coordinated,and a heterogeneous and complementary integration based on the mutual penetration,crossover and coordination of various social factors.University,industry and government are the core subjects to promote industry-education integration.The fundamental purpose of industry-education integration is still to serve the cultivation of talents,and its essence is a knowledge fusion process based on the free flow of knowledge and the mutual transformation of knowledge forms.Industry-education integration is an important way to promote university reform.The university academic grass-roots organization is the most direct and comprehensive actor and organizer to promote industry-education integration.Based on higher education,organization management,knowledge management,sociology and other multidisciplinary theories,and the integrated use of literature research method,comparative study method,case research method and other research methods,the mainstream research of this study is the core problem of why university academic grass-roots organization change,change what and how to change under the background of deepening industry-education integration.It is found that the driving force field and the restricting force field constitute the force field of organizational change in the process of the change of university academic grass-roots organization.Both of this two fields are the gathering existence of the change forces,and through the game between the group forces and the group forces,they jointly act on the change of university academic grass-roots organization.Under the background of deepening industry-education integration,the essence of the change of university academic grass-roots organization is a dynamic process of the interaction and the constant coordination and adaptation between the internal logic of knowledge production and academic innovation and the external logic based on the needs of economic and social development.The change logic of university academic grass-roots organization is also the integration of the internal and external two logics,and reaching a logical balance,so that university academic grass-roots organization can not deviate from the correct direction of change.Under the background of industry-education integration,university academic grass-roots organization should take the construction of integrated knowledge form as the core and serve the cultivation of integrated innovative talents.This integrated knowledge form that adapt to industry-education integration is mainly a collaborative knowledge form,a knowledge form with strong environmental adaptability,a knowledge form with both basic and applied knowledge,and a mixed learning knowledge form.This study proposes that there are two types of structure form of university academic grass-roots organization that adapt to industry-education integration.The first type is the discipline-specialty-industry chain,which is the product of the organizational knowledge form in the era of knowledge economy.It is a knowledge chain based on knowledge flow and value fusion,and it is a new integrated,open and organic university academic grass-roots organization.The second type is the collaborative innovation community based on university,which is the product of the transformation of knowledge form from the organizational stage to the network stage,and is an industry-education integration ecosystem.The concrete connotation includes a result of interaction superposition and coupling of different fields,a promoter network space field,an open innovation ecosystem.The institutions design of university academic grass-roots organization that adapt to industry-education integration mainly include the organic integration institution of professional courses,entrepreneurship courses and industrial courses,the talent cultivation institution supported by the whole chain of subject research,entrepreneurship project and industrial operation,and the cultivation of “double-qualified”teachers institution.This study proposes specific and feasible action paths and innovative countermeasures for the successful change of university academic grass-roots organization from four aspects:organizational orientation,organizational governance,organizational evaluation and organizational culture.In the aspect of organizational orientation,university academic grass-roots organization should aim at deepening industry-education integration and cultivating innovative talents,establish the organizational orientation of integrated and innovative university academic grass-roots organization,and construct two new models of university academic grass-roots organization: discipline-specialty-industry chain and collaborative innovation community based on university.In the aspect of organizational governance,university academic grass-roots organization should promote the innovation of governance model,establish a multi-center collaborative governance organizational mechanism,build a broad network of promoters,and give full play to the leading role of key promoters.In the aspect of organizational evaluation,university academic grass-roots organization should establish and implement a strategy-oriented organizational performance evaluation system,promote the university’s strategic management thought to go deep into academic grass-roots organization,and practically improve the university’s internal governance ability and level.In the aspect of organizational culture,university academic grass-roots organization should vigorously cultivate the organizational culture with integration and innovation as the core,and promote the smooth change of university academic grass-roots organization.
