In this work, we used cyclohexene(CPE) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) which were rich in Henan Province as the main raw materials to carry out the study on synthesis of 1,2-epoxycyclopentane(CPEO) with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and to carry out the study on synthesis of glutaric acid(GAC) with H2O2 as oxidant.The main works and results were as follows:The paper use a kind of quaternary ammonium salt of phosphor-tungstic heteropoly acid phase transfer catalyst with [π-C5H5NC16H33]3[PW4O16] structure as catalyst,which was produced in our laborary. Under quaternary ammonium salt of phosphor-tungstic heteropoly acid as phase transfer catalyst, CPEO had been synthesized by epoxidation of CPE with 35% H2O2 as oxidant. Effects of main factors, such as solvent, amount of catalyst, ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated.Using orthogonal experiment and single factor orthogonal technology, The suitable technological conditionis were obtained as follows(based on 0.056 mol H2O2):the volum of solvent 1,2-dichloroethane 30 mL, n(CPE):n(H2O2)=1.75:1,reaction temperature 37℃,reaction time 2.5 h, the amount of catalyst 0.4 g, the amount of cocatalyst 0.03 g, Under the condition,the yield of CPEO is 94.4%,The recovery efficiency of catalyst is about 60%.Polystyrene divinylbenzene grafted quaternary ammonium salt phosphor-tungstic heteropoly acid catalyst were prepared.This paper has investigated a green solvent-free process which has been used to synthesis CPEO by epoxidation of CPE with H2O2 as green epoxidant and with the tri-phase phase transfer catalysis.Effects of main factors, such as solvent, amount of catalyst,ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and reaction time, were investigated.The suitable reaction conditions were obtained as follows(based on 0.056 mol H2O2):catalyst 1.0 g, cocatalyst 0.025 g, reaction temperature 40℃,reaction time 5h, n(CPE):n(H2O2)=2.1:1.0.Under the conditions,the average yield of CPEO was about 96%.The catalysts can recover easily and even after reuse for six times,there is no obvious decrease for catalytic activity. The product was CPEO by the analysis of 1H-NMR spectrum and 13C-NMR spectrum and IR spectrum.Under the better effect catalyst, we used H2O2 and CPE as the materials to synthesize GAC.Effects of main factors, such as solvent, amount of catalyst, ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and reaction time, were investigated.Using orthogonal experiment single factor and technology, the appropriate reaction condition were obtained as follows(based on 0.1 mol CPE):catalyst 2.0 g,time 7h,n(CPE):n(H2O2) =1.0:5.2,temperature 85℃.Under the condition, the average yield of GAC was about 92.6%,the recovery efficiency of catalyst was about 93%.The product was GAC by the analysis of IR spectrum.Under the better effect catalyst, we used H2O2 and CPEO as the materials to synthesize GAC.Effects of main factors, such as solvent, amount of catalyst, ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time, were investigated.Using orthogonal experiment single factor and technology, the appropriate reaction condition were obtained as follows(based on 0.0357 mol CPEO):catalyst 1.2 g, time 7 h, n(CPEO):n(H2O2)=1.0:4.3,temperature 75℃.Under the condition,the average yield of GAC was about 98.3%, the recovery efficiency of catalyst was about 93%.The product was GAC by the analysis of IR spectrum.
