The Study Of Participatory Community Residents Aware Of Environmental Management

In recent years a series of ecological problems which is mainly characterized by grassland degradations has seriously affected China﹐s economic and social sustainable environment in China. The grassland in Northwest is one of the most widespread in China, the impact is particularly severe. In order to curb the deterioration of ecological environment, social sustainable environment will must be done. Based on both of regional character and the managing situation in the northwest countryside,establishing the Participation management mechanism of community in the northwest countryside is the instinct request also the best choice to get rid of poverty and realize the sustainable development. The participation of countryside community is the outcome of collaboration in community management,it is incompletely the community peasant,autonomous behavior,and is incompletely government,s governance behavior,neither. The former provides exterior safeguard for this kind of power, either of them cannot be emphasized or be neglected.Community participation management can not work without the support form local government. It is necessary for communities to provide economic support for them,but it is also important to enhance and stimulate local residents'consciousness of natural resource protection and to develop community institutions through some external project.In hope of searching for a equilibrium mechanism between local government and the rural communities and impelling northwest community to continue its sustaining and stable development, the article is focus on both of the actual situation and what the community management request the local government for, to discusses the relationship and the interaction between the community and local government, to make a proper definition of government function. From participant governance perspective, so as to achieve the goal of ecological restoration, provide a reference for the study area optimization and adjustment of the economy to provide a reliable basis.By studying this thesis the conclusions are following:1) General population on the local ecological environment and living facilities change hold a positive attitude, survey project of positive comments on both the average rate of the former reached 68.8% in favor, the latter up to 70.4%, while changes in economic level have negative comments.2) There is not differences between groups in the survey.3) There is a big difference in the age group, the people under the age of 30 holding the positive attitude as the increase of income, on the opposite of under the years of 30.4) There is a big difference in the group of different education, the same as the attitude in the increase income.5) There is large difference in the disparity region.
