Study On The Preparation Of The PVC ThermoPlastic Elastomer

In this research, we add several stuffs, including stablizer, antioxidant, plasticizer, inorganic filler and other agents to the Colloidal-Plastic PVC/NBR by mixing mill, internal mixer, twin-screw extruder to manufacture a series of PVC-TPE in our lab. The relationship between property of PVC-TPE and preparation technology and prescription have been studied.The best preparation technology is 160~ 165C and 7~9min blending time.A series of colloidal-plastic PVC/NBR( 100/0~ 10/90) have been produced successfully by mixing mill and internal mixer. The colloidal-plastic PVC/NBR which NBR is the main material has very high elasticity and low haul-set change, which is proper to mass roboticized production in order to instead of foreign product. When PVC/NBR/ plasticizer is 30/70/20, it' s haul intension is 3. 2Mpa, tear strength is 23KN/tn haul extensibity is 935%The colloidal-plastic PVC/NBR which PVC is the main material is a very good kind of TPE which has high elasticity and strength. When PVC/NBR/plasticizer is 70/30/30, it' s haul extensibity is 300% and haul set change is only 17%Inorganic filler is added to PVC-TPE successfully,which has the function of reinforcing,filling,meliorating colors, improving the manufacture theology property, reducing the quantity of PVC/NBR to reduce the price and instead the expensive titanium dioxide and silica.When PVC-TPE, is filled in 100 Inorganic fillerjt's haul intension is elevated by 87. 4%, tear strength is elevated by 266%, haul set change is reduce by 23%.The new technique of manufacturing the PVC-TPV by dynamic vulcanization can instead the old static vulcanization technique. If the PVC/NBR is 80/20, it' s haul intension isl3.5MPa,tear strength is 97KN/m, haul set change is only 16. 5%, If the PVC/NBR is 70/30,it's haul extensibity is 200%.The PVC-TPV has high physical and mechanical property, high elasticity and haul-set change,durability,low price and easily repeating process,which will be widely used in the consumer goods and has very good economy benefit and society benefit.When the HPVC is add to 30 NBR, 50 plasticizer, 50 inorganic filler and some other agents,it has very good physical and mechanical property and high elasticity property.The modification inorganic filler can make the HPVC-TPE stronger and cheaper.The HPVC-TPV manufactured by dynamic vulcanization which has high haul intension and elasticity can supersede the Thermofixed Vulcanzate.The technique of EV and peroxid isfit for the HPVC-TPVThe primary study on the application of PNBR in PVC-TPE has been carried out, The farinose PNBR can improve the automatization manufacture.In this research, the factors influencing the property of PVC-TPE have been analyzed.The effect of the stablizer,antioxidant, plasticizer,modification inorganic filler and other agents to the Colloidal-Plastic PVC/NBR have been theoretically analyzed.
