The rapid development of mobile wireless communication technology as well as the rushing of smart pocket devices well certainly cause strong and deep influence and thrust to manufacturing mode, and will creat great opportunity as well as challenge for manufacturing technology. According to the requirements of "MobileTechbased ManMachine Cooperative Manufacturing Mode", An innovation type of CNC machine tool control system is presented in this paper. The innovation CNC system is composed of two parts: One is the mobile pocket controller, named CNC PDA; The other part is installed on the CNC machine tool, which carry out the traditional moving control and PLC function, called embedded machine controller. Both parts are communicating through Wi_Fi(802.11) and/or Bluetooth wireless LAN (WLAN).Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communication technology that has got great development in recent years. It can replace the cables between different digital devices,and has great application field in mobile phone and computer peripherals. Applying the Bluetooth technology into the innovation Type of CNC system can greatly reduce the cable connections in conventional type of CNC system, and make the advantages of less wire layout, low-cost ,easy installation and maintenance. Moreover, the CNC PDA changes thoroughly the machine-centered operating mode to the humancentered one, and one worker operating multiple CNC machines is feasible.In this paper, Bluetooth technology is introduced generally, and it's technique features and protocol construction is summarized. Then the lower transfer protocols and HCI protocol is introduced in detail.On the basis of analysing that transmits the agreement in Bluetooth lower, this text has expounded the fact HCI UART transport layer of procedure of data communication transport layer among the Bluetooth module, utilize Bluetooth module to structure the wireless serial interface of Bluetooth in the innovation type of CNC system, study and realize the wireless communication of numerical control PDA and embedded lathe controller tentatively.
