Modern information techniques can share the information between relative departments of government, improve the surveillance power, enhance the surveillance level, and inhibit the fatal incidence.According to such requirement, this article analyze the limitation and illogicality of current mode in surveillance of dangerous chemicals based on the current surveillance condition in mode, method and area; study the dangerous chemicals surveillance information collection, share, publicity on the support of modern information techniques; and also construct the general frame of surveillance information system of dangerous chemicals.Applying modern information techniques to the surveillance of dangerous chemicals can not only ameliorate the current surveillance mode, but make good use of modern techniques to innovate the current surveillance system, mode and method. And only in this way can improve the surveillance power of dangerous chemicals.
