Project Design And Research Of Control Strategy Configuration In The DCS Of New Type Dry-process Cement Production Line

In the guidance of the National Building Material Administrative Department's policy of "Control total amount, Adjust structure and Eliminate lag", the new type dry-process cement production has developed rapidly. This paper aimed at LanFeng cement production line, introduced the selection of type, project design, control strategy configuration, the integration of the upper computer configuration and the lower computer configuration, production adjustment about its DCS.The process of cement production includes the digital control and the analog control, on the basis of introduction of the present situation of cement production in our country and comparison of several popular control methods in cement production, we adopt PlantScape SCADA/HC900 designed specially for hybrid control process and with high performance/cost ratio, to control LanFeng cement production line. The paper brought forward the project design of this cement production line, and stressed the hardware composing and the software structure.This paper emphasized how to realize the data acquisition & process and output, the start-stop control of one group of devices and the PID control of some key parameters by using the control strategy configuration software of HC Designer. In order to solve the problem of the lack of sequence blocks system provided, we took general function blocks to achive the automation of the start-stop control in one group of devices.Finally, this paper introduced the integration of upper computer configuration and the lower computer configuration, and introduced the process of production adjustment.
