The Primary Research On The System Layout Planning Of Urban MSW

With the rapid development of social economy of town,environment protection is more and more foucsed。Now,many towns in our country have been arounded by municipal solid waste(MSW)。The garbage has made the living quality drop fast with its sectors such as immensity,diversty,effluvia,dirty。If we pay less attention to the problem,soon it will develop into a terrible problem that will be hardly controlled and cleaned。 The paper gives a practical study on the basis of Hainan Province project and makes a primary research on the sysetem layout planning of urban MSW。The essay concludes six parts。The first chapter is pandect that introduces research background for the project and enduces the necessity。The second chapter makes recycle economy,sustainable development and system engineering concept as the support for the project。The third chapter gives a detailed expatiation on the main disposal technology。The fourth chapter takes the urban MSW system as a whole system from the system engineering angle。It not only requires that management should be made by planning that gives a mutual support,but also every disposal schema should be combined organicly。The fifth chapter is the main part for this research。It uses several prediction model to predict Hainan Province garbage amount,uses analytic hierarchy process to compare with province garbage disposal system layout schema and demonstrate the best schema(the six garbage base of relatively collection) 。The last chapter is the summarization that gives the conclusion and shortcomings。 The job of urban MSW disposal system layout locates at the first tache of the whole gabage disposal clean。So through scientific planning it makes a correct keynote for the following work。It promote the work methodical and improve invest benefit in the garbage disposal within the province。...
