The subject begins from the sureness of printing pressure, through calculation and analysis of the printing pressure, we get the distribution situation of the printing pressure. On the basis of calculation and analysis of printing pressure, we calculate and analyzing the cylinder rigidity, press roller wear out and driving power .the main contents and the innovative views are as follows:( 1) The ascertain of the rational printing pressure of BOPP material by experimentation, the density of print product is comparatively steady within this range of this pressure, and there is no unclear printing trace etc, and also the range in which is to keep printing work. smoothly。( 2) Through the analysis of printing pressure by the hertz-theoretics, confirming the stress within the rubber in the work, and also the impression cylinder wore out on which layer. Draw through calculation and analysis, under the speed of printing of 120m/min, wear out in one layer of 0.8 a places under top layer ('a'is half of the tangency width),it can be the direction of the mackintosh's production and processing technique.( 3) Through the comparison of the stiffened panels and no panel cylinder, we got that: On the premise of the same value , the same external diameter , the wall thickness of the stiffened panel is 1.5 times than the no panel cylinder. So, if the condition of the process is allowed, we should adopt the cylinder with stiffened panel.( 4) The calculation of the energy consumption in the printing works, and based on which, we give out the accurate calculation of energy consumption caused by the elasticity deformation. And from this we get the groundwork of the calculation of the cylinder driving power.
