Chemical pigments are absolutely necessary in our life. But depigmentation can be seen everywhere, the performance of the pigments is not steady enough. To avoid this we must test the performance of the pigment before it can be used. But we have not this kind of system at present in our country. And the pigment manufacturer has to take their pigments to some other country to check. So it is necessary to design a system of our own to test. So, we need to design a chemical pigments testing system to satisfy us.The paper tells us the devise process of the test system;extruding machine will be used in the test system, the filtrating machine we are going to design offers pressure to pigment and keep it. In the course of test we make use of pressure sensor and temperature one to collect signals. With the theory of fuzzy control and PID control principle, the Fuzzy-PID controller is designed to realize automatic control of pigment pressure monitor. And we can establish the fuzzy control system, confirm PID parameter control model, and enable the control to achieve the desired effect. Using the MCGS software, we carry on data processing;do the data trend analysis,provide the urgent condition reports.The test result of this equipment checking some kind of pigment indicates that it is basically consistent to the result that is obtained in Germany, and proves that the equipment performs function of resting pigment.
