With the improvement of people's living and the quicken rhythm, so many people love natural fiber, the character of the cellulose fabric just as its good soften property, perfect moisture absorption, permeability can not satisfy people's demand. More and more require is put forward by the people. It makes trouble during the washing, the ironing because of its poor crease resistance. So many researching works has been done to find the ways to improve the resistance recovery. Combining sericin's characteristic, a new method to improve the cellulose fiber's crease resistance and levelness after washing is developed. Sericin, which has very wide applications, and is called to be " noble protein", consists of 18 kinds of amino acid. Therefore, the improvement of cellulose fabric crease resistance by use of sericin is studied.Firstly, study on the anti-crease mechanism of cellulose fabricDiscuss its structure and property both in microscopic and macroscopic and how to improve its anti-crease in mechanism.Secondly, study on the improvement of cellulose fabric crease resistance by using of sericinAccording to the characteristics of sericin, the following aspects are mainly studied such as improving the hygroscopicity, antistatic qualities, anti-crease property of the cellulose fabrics after washing and so on.Thirdly, study on the fixation of sericinIn order to fix the sericin on the fabrics, glutaraldehyde is adopted in this study. The experiment result indicates that the fixing effect of glutaraldehyde is better under the proper technical conditions.Fourthly, the property testing and analyzing of cellulose fabrics before and after sericin processingThe property improvements of cellulose fabrics are analyzed after the related properties including hygroscopicity, anti-crease have been tested.
