Study On Modular Design And Application Of Board Cabinet Furniture

Nowadays,the pace of life is speeding up day by day.Consumers are not satisfied with a single material enjoyment,but highly pursue individuation.While furniture is satisfying base wood function demand,also should incline to individuation gradually,diversification direction develops.And contemporary furniture modelling is too onefold,furniture is broken namely waste,modular furniture can solve this problem,it can be broken down modularized component nimbly,make furniture modelling style more diversification.Based on the results of modular furniture research,the author in this paper,in the light of the deficiencies of modern board cabinet furniture,in-depth study of modular cabinet furniture design methods.This paper selects the board wardrobe in the board cabinet furniture as the research object,carries on the function analysis to the board wardrobe,according to the function analysis divides the furniture module,and carries on the planning to the module;The functional configuration,size design and module structure of the board wardrobe are studied,so that the module structure interface can be separated for many times,to facilitate the replacement and maintenance of the module,the group technology is applied to the module division,to solve the problems encountered in the design process;This paper studies the module coding system,applies it to the design of wardrobe module furniture,creates the module library,manages the module furniture and shows the scheme.Through the research of this paper,will group technology application and the modular study of custom wardrobe,the board of furniture can be split and assembled at will,make the modelling of custom wardrobe more diverse,and facilitate the maintenance and upgrade of furniture products,improve the competitiveness of furniture products in the furniture industry.
