Electric System Design & Research For 3-AXIS Machining Center

One company can only survive the market by creating quality product, which is guaranteed by excellent equipment. Good machine can produce high quality and diversity products with high efficiency. Thus the NC machines are required for this purpose. The NC system researched by this paper is capable to accomplish diversified machining task. The content of the paper will have a broad and bright future.The paper first describes the development status and application of NC system in machine industry both in china and abroad. The type selection of CNC system is discussed from the application point of view. After the type selection,the software and hardware configuration is analyzed.We select thepower module drive module drive motor and configurate address of I/O.The whole system consists of 840D NC system and external PLC module. The operation panel OP31 installed is applied for the design, on the OP 31, the servo parts are configured. A project is established under STEP7, and the configuration of relate hardware and logical control programming are performed.The commissioning of the system is system is carried out at the end of the paper. The method of PLC program debug is described, and NC system is optimized.The paper summarize the applications of 840D NC system and elicit the good method of programming.
