With the flourishing development of information technology, advanced manufacturing technology and management method, quality and efficiency that are contradictory elements become balance. Grinding is one of the most important bearing precision procedures. This dissertation studies the optimization progress process of grinder. R&D "support software system of quality analysis for bearing ferrule grinding progress parameters optimization".There are six chapters in this dissertation.Chapter one depicts the important sense of Grinding progress parameters optimization in our country's bearing manufacture and sum up the status quo and the development trend of grinding, indicates the research, purpose and main content of this system.In Chapter tow, we expatiate on the platform and drivers and analyze the different progress parameters how to influence quality of grinding. Discuss the resolution optimization and the examination optimization that are face to data groping analysis. It brings forward several mathematics methods, such as exponential flatness, Lagrange insert method and analysis of variance. It is the base of the quality analysis system..In Chapter three, we introduce the system of grinding progress parameter optimization that is consisted of locale measurement device, communication device and central management analysis device. We introduce the trait of grinder progress parameter measuring system. Then we use RS-232 in the communication of locale measurement device and quality analysis system. Finally sets up the model of quality analytical system.Optimization grinding progress parameter mainly adopt at data groping analysis. According to the process of data stream, apply foregoing mathematic method to deal with abnormity data in chapter four. To analyze the relationships of the progress parameter, the characteristic data of sample and the grinder qualities.At the base of theory study, we implement the quality analysis system. Chapter five starts form the introduction the mixed development environment of VC++ and MATLAB. It uses development method of the fast model of system. The application of quality analysis system in bearing company, introduce each function interface and how to use it.Finally, chapter six makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and puts forward the future research in this field.
