It has to shape serial industries, such as exploration, processing and deep processing, which is the important support in local economic development. As a sector of chemical industry, yellow phosphorus production possesses relatively high risk in safety, which is considered to be one of the most high-risk industry. It is easy to take place accidents in processing, such as fire disaster, explosion and toxicosis, not only resulting in casualty, but also severe environment pollution. Therefore, Good safety control has become much more important in production than anything else. In order to force the industry developing toward the healthy direction, it possesses good significant to research the production safety.This paper used systematic approach to divide the analytical unit in yellow phosphorus production, and then filt eligible analytical method according to the different analytical unit.
