Research On High-Speed Drilling And Marking Laser Instrument For ETL Line Of Cold Rolling

Laser drilling and marking are the most important and wide-used method of the recent laser processing. In the recent years, with the raise of the microhole processing quality, all kinds of traditional microhole processing method can't meet the need of the depth-diameter ratio. As laser drilling can do it, it is already the most attentive processing method. Because pulse laser drilling have high efficient, low cost, high synthetical economic, therefore it has been applied on the many industry.The project discussed in this paper, is the whole system which used in aQ-switched Nd:YAG laser according to the demand of laser drilling and marking on steel sheet in Bao-Steel Corporation. designed for acousto-optical modulation system, high scanning mirror system, mechanical interface .and with researching on technics for high speed drilling and marking, It can make the laser instrument work as designed and adapt to the practical requirements of laser drilling and marking..though running,it is very stable.
