The traceability of food has become a research hotspot in the field of food safety at home and abroad in recent years.Compared with paper labels,fruit laser labels are favored due to their high anti-counterfeiting and wear-resistant characteristics.However,domestic and foreign scholars' research on fruit laser marking is mostly focuses on the influence of laser processing parameters on fruit laser marking effect,while there are few researches on the influence of fruit own properties.Therefore,considering fruit peel its own properties on the influences of the laser marking effect,this paper takes three types of fruit peel,namely,the thin peel Korla pear and Red Fuji apple,thick peel Navel orange and hard peel Mangosteen as the research objects,mainly from the influence of laser process parameters on the marking effect,the influence of peel hardness and water content on the marking effect and the influence of laser marking on the fruit storage quality on the three aspects,the following work has been done:Firstly,the experimental study on laser marking of fruits with laser processing parameters was carried out.Based on the characteristics of three types of fruit peel,namely thin peel,thick peel and hard peel,the influence of laser marking speed on the marking effect and internal biological tissue morphology of different types of fruit peel and the internal mechanism were analyzed.The experiment showed that three types of fruit peel could obtain laser marking effect of a clear and without affecting the surrounding biological tissue under the suitable laser marking speed.Then,under the fixed peel type,the influence of the hardness and water content of the peel on the laser marking effect was studied.It was found that when the laser process parameters were the same,the property of the peel itself has a significant influence on the marking effect under the laser effect.Based on the influence law,the relative optimal parameter combination under the corresponding conditions was obtained.Finally,the effect of laser marking on the fruit storage quality of was studied,and the changes of marked and unmarked fruits during storage were analyzed.The results show that under the relatively optimal parameters combination,the marking stability of the marking area is better,with better durability,and basically no effect on the fruit storage quality.The research results of this paper demonstrate the wide applicability and operability of laser marking on different types of fruit peel,laying a solid foundation for the application of laser marking in the field of biological food.
