In NC (Numeric Control) processing area, NC auto-programming can put down the rate of error of NC code, unified NC code framework and improve the work efficiency of machine. As a result, auto-programming is more fit to the development of NC process technology than traditional manual programming. However, the problem is that NC there are many implementation of technology has to need more cost on time and economy in NC auto-programming, which leads the improvement of NC technology into hard time. At the same time, because of flexibility, mobility and low price, embedded system is spreading in all walks of life. It becomes primitive engine which accelerates to hatch new technology in lots of areas. Therefore, it is very feasible to create one type of embedded system that applies to auto-programming on NC machines, as the advantage of embedded system. NC zero-programming embedded system is to combine NC auto-programming technology and embedded system in order to create NC code automatically, which depend on NC auto-programming algorithm. Operators have not to program any code when use it.In this paper, NC zero-programming is background and the procedure of development of embedded system is a roadmap. This paper exhibits the process of building software developing environment that depends on ARM-μCLinux crossing compilation and Bootloader which helpsμCLinux booting. This paper creates surrounding in which application is to run through NFS (Network File System) sharing files between host and target board. This paper describes driver for graphics hardware development and study MiniGUI structure and architecture in order to build the platform on which developer can design and develop GUI. It is helpful to develop friendly GUI (Graphics User Interface) of embedded auto-gramming application.NC embedded zero-programming system has applied to NC rolling gear machine. It is able to avoid manual NC programming which have many problem. It inherits dominant of embedded system and exhibits superior of NC auto-programming.
