Research On Eco-Environment Evolvement And Measures Of Preventing And Harnessing In Minging Areas

The article establishes an index system adapted to atmosphere, water, noise and land in mining areas after abundant investigation and analysis on the ubiquitous ecological environment problems and features of the current coal mining areas. It analyzes the changing tendency of representative indexes using the Hilbert-Huang transform, after comparing with relating three analysis methods which could analyze the changing tendency and the law of time sequences, and gets the changing tendency of ecological environment, eg.atmosphere, water and noise. The article gets some graphs which show cycles, breadths and frequency of time sequences by analyzing the indexes in Hegang mining area from Jan 1986 to Dec 2004. Finally, in view of the conclusion we got in the demonstration and the fact of Hegang mining area, we discuss the policies and measures for sustainable development of the mining area's ecological environment including exploitation and utilizing of resource, management and protection of ecological environment, etc.The result offers a scientific database and decision-making basis to find out the tendency of eco-environment evolution, and how to regulate and protect it. Meanwhile it adds the measures and contents to the eco-environment study of mining areas.
