Turbulence comminuting mill is a new type breaking plant applying opposed-rotation air to comminute matter. As tested by experiment, as for comminuting of material under normal temperature etc, turbulence mill has evidently advantages over other breaking plants, and a great future. In order to bring to light laws of comminuting intensively, improve its productivity and dust, the essential of flow field structure and flow field state of comminuting cavity must be understood thoroughly. Considered huge cost, difficulty and long period by flow field measuring, flow field propriety is analyzed by taking numerical simulation in the paper.In the present paper, based on the experiment equipment of superfine comminuting mill with turbulence, with help of CFD technology, the simulation model designed in Pro/ENGINEER is validated. Through simulating the single-phase 3-d turbulent flow field of comminuting cavity numerically in the FLUENT software, flow field property and flow field state in cavity is showed directly. At the same time, a single curvature equation of section of working blade in favor of simulation model designing is put forward. Throng simulating the model of different working blades twisted of equality thickness section of blade and NACA4406, the flow field propriety and flow field state of different type blades is visualized directly. The result of simulation is helpful to improve the facility and obtain better productivity and dust.
