Fuzzy Evaluation Of Safety Culture In Electric Power Enterprise

With the construction of safety culture receives all trades' attention in our country progressively, more and more electric power enterprises try to put safety culture into their safety management, which can keep the electric power enterprises in the essential safety. The research on evaluating of safety culture which is the important part of the safety culture construction in electric power enterprises has significant meanings in theory and practice. At present there is not a perfect evaluation system of safety culture of electric power enterprise in our country. In connection with which, the preliminary study is tried to probe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the application in the respect of evaluating safety culture in electric power enterprise, which provides a new thinking of safety culture evaluation. Based on the researches on safety culture theories of electric power enterprise and comprehensive evaluation methods, the detailed analysis on safety culture of electric power enterprise is firstly carried out in this dissertation. Then the index system of safety culture evaluation in electric power enterprise which is revised many times by the method of Delphi is created. Meanwhile it defines weight of all factors of the index system. Secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is expounded and the concrete procedures of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of safety culture in electric power enterprise have been designed. As the result of a kind of tentative discussion and study, there are some shortcomings which need some further and deeper research and discussion in the future. Finally the practical application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of safety culture went on in Datang huaibei electric power factory. This evaluation analyses the level of safety culture in this enterprise quantitatively. The evaluation result can provide some suggestions to the sustainable construction of safety culture.
