| ABSTRACTThe PTT fiber is one kind of brand-new polyester material.It has some good properties which some other fibers don't have ,so it is one of many good synthetic fibers .The shell company announced the industrolization of the PTT fiber in the middle of 90s.Following this time ,the company of Dubang,and some other American companies,the Japanese company of xuhuacheng,dongli,diren, the Corea company of Huvis,xiaoxing,sehan all spent a lot of money into the production of the fiber and the products which combine this fiber . The PTT fiber is used more and more universely in the industry .The PTT fibre is soft and easily colored in low temperature.It is not easily dirtied as the terylene fiber.And It is as soft as Polyamide fiber.The PTT fiber is as puffy as acryl fiber,and is as elastic as ammonia fiber .Besides it is anlistating ,wearable ,low sopping and low color fastness . It has so many good properties,so it is called the large-scale fibers in 21th ,and it is an important direction in the field of the synthetic fiber of the "ten fifteen"project.At present ,the main products of the PTT fiber have the cotton variety, wool variety,DTY and FDY filament. The fiber which combine the PTT fiber with the PET fiber in a paralised way is called composite fiber,and it has aother name called compound filament.It combined the PTT fiber with the PET fiber in addition to the propotion of the two fibres . The composite fiber is self-elastic ,because it is composed of two different fibers .This topic study the properties of the fabric which are made by the different PTT fiber,and the main contents and results are as followings:(1) There are no recognited methods of the objective evaluation to the touching and the other properties of the knitting in home and abroad.We carry an objective investigation on the fabric and find the appraciation of the fabric interwoved by the PTT filament with the Polyamide filament,the fabric interwoved by the composite filament with the thin polyesmer filament is high;it can reduce the cost of the production and enhance the stability of the fabric though joining the polyesmer filament in the fabric,but the content need to be noticed;the latter processing need to be matched with the stuction and the thinner of the cotton,and the senior processing method may not obtain the quality that the consumers approve. (2) To the PTT/wool blended fabric, we uses the Japanese KES system to appraise its basic style and the synthetic style.We discovered the wool /PTT blended fabric have the low stiffness, in another word its feeling is soft; Comparing with the high quality woolen fabric, the wool /PTT blended fabric's glutinous and fullness is low, the reason mainly is the friction coefficient and the differenciation of the friction coefficient of the fabric is high,we-need to reduce the line density of the fiber and latter processing craft in order to improve these two performances.(3) The moisture-penetrability of the fabric which combine the compound fiber is higher than the fabric which combine the natrual fiber,and it is nearly to the ammonia rapped with Polyamide fabic .The water-positon of the fabric which combine the compound fiber is lower than the fabric which combine the natrual fiber or the ammonia rapped with polyamide fiber when they are soaped in the water.(4) I tested the performance of the pilling and fuzzing of the PTT fabric .And I find it is better to select some fiber which has big frictioncoefficient or the low intensity in order to reducing the content of the pilling and fuzzing of the fabric;in the selection of the organization it is aspect to choose some fabric which has smoothly surface and closer organization.In the latter processing we must notice the content ,if we don't use it properly ,maybe the fabric damaged.Cui Peng(textile material)... |
