With the development of fiber material and textile diversification, new fiber,fiber processing method has changed with each passing day. The diversification and complexity of fiber structure and properties lead to the diversification of processing technology and method, and it promotes the development of the fabric function and style.As the special structure and performance of core-spun yarn is widely concerned. In this experiment, spinning spun filament glass fiber/cotton core-spun yarn. The purpose is to combine the functional properties of glass fiber with the comfort of cotton fiber.This paper studied filaments of glass fiber/cotton ring core-spun yarn in spinning process of glass fiber filament pretension, changes in single spacing, twist factor on the yarn properties affect the package, such as Ruth length, stripping resistance, fracture strength, elongation at break, stem irregularity, the number of Hairiness. On the basis of this experiment, the orthogonal experiment was carried out, and the method of combining mathematical statistics analysis and fuzzy mathematics analysis was carried out. Get the glass fiber filament spinning/cotton ring spinning package the optimal process parameters of cored wire for: twist 55.5T/10 cm, glass fiber filament pretension 85 c N shall spacing5 mm.The performance of glass fiber/cotton core-spun yarn was obtained by the experimental comparison of the fiber/cotton core-spun yarn and the yarn, which is made of glass fiber/cotton core-spun yarn. The yarn properties of the core-spun yarn, especially the Ruth length and the stripping resistance, are better than that of the non attached device.Finally, we study the application of twist for glass filament and glass fiber filament/bale of cotton core-spun yarn is mainly from tensile strength and elongation at break of the influence, observation after twisting filaments of glass fiber/cotton bag core-spun yarn and glass filament longitudinal coating performance. That when the twist is greater than the 60.1T/10 cm make fiberglass filaments broken, the glass broken filament stretch yarn, outsourcing cotton fiber can not coated glass filament, the coating effect is along with the increasing of twist and variation.
