Boiled temperature dyeing is often adopted by conventional dyeing of cashmere. The fiber is badly destroyed by high temperature and chemic agent. The low temperature dyeing is advantageous in reducing the fiber damage. It displayed the graceful natural style and enhances quality of the dyeing product. It is significative to save energy sources and reduce cost.Acid medium dyes and active dyes are often used to cashmere dyeing. But the conflict between the dyeing temperature and dyeing uptake is not settled. It is only debase the dyeing temperature to 93℃in factory. Pretreatment (Enzyme pretreatment, Oxygenation pretreatment, Alkali pretreatment) is cooperated with low temperature agent in order to debased the temperature in this article. Also in this article, internationally advanced online dyeing machine of the ERDOS GROUP is applyed to imitate mass production process in order to display accurately, promptly and dynamically the whole dyeing process, and meanwhile detect different parameters (dyeing uptake and color fixing rate )under different dyeing conditions. This article deals with lots of data in scientific ways such as mathematical statistics and variance analysis. The most suitable processing parameters with different dyes are determined according to the colorfastness index and strength index. The aim of the article is debase the temperature, protect the quality, pledge the colorfastness. Two sets of scheme are selected after experiments. (1) Dyeing by acid medium dyes. Technics: enzyme 0.5%; Temperature 30℃; time 20min; Salt 4%; Low temperature agent 7g/L; pH 5.0; Bath ratio 1:20. (2) dyeing by active dyes. Technics: enzyme 0.5%; Temperature 30℃; time 20min; Salt 4%; Low temperature agent 7g/L; pH 5.0; Bath ratio 1:30. Temperature 80℃.
