Establishing and improving the frozen logistics service system can improve the quality and efficiency of operations of frozen foods, reduce logistics costs, and enhance company and their city's competitiveness.Cold storage logistics system play a decisive role in food warehousing, transport links and quality assurance, and the information service system directly impact on the development of frozen food logistics. So, this paper discusses the existing problems and corresponding improving measures of cold storage logistics, according to the lags behind situation of frozen logistics industry development in Huhhot and requirement in the "Huhhot National economic and social development of the 10th Five-Year Plan Outline "explicitly pointed out:" based on geographical and industrial advantages, we should accelerate the development of transport and logistics industry, effectively integrate logistics resources, enhance logistics information systems engineering and logistics distribution network construction, cultivate specialized logistics enterprises and develop the third-party logistics ", combining the actual situation of Huhhot frozen logistics, and drawing the theoretical study at home and abroad and personal point of view, in order to further improve and develop chilled, frozen food logistics system, accelerate the development of specialty products, promote the development of the refrigeration logistics industry, and enhance the city's competitiveness.This Paper is divided into six chapters, and chapters IV-VI is the key.
