The Research On Multiple Projects Task Assignment Of Mould Design And Scheduling Method

Considering mould design as research background,the thesis studies the task assignment and scheduling problem in mould design process in multi-project environment.The crux of the problem is how to schedule the project design activities and how to obtain a reasonable and effective distribution of mould design staff in the resource-constrained circumstances.The objective is to shorten the mould of the design cycle,to improve design efficiency,to reduce production costs,and to improve the competitiveness and capabilities to respond quickly.The thesis analysis mould design process and its characteristics,and mould design process task decomposition and describes various existing constraints during the process of designing:precedence constraints and resource constraints etc.Then,the thesis give the problem definition,model assumption and build up a mathematical modeling.Currently,the resource constrained project scheduling problem has been studied by many academicians.In most of papers,a type of resource was regarded as non-discrimination.But for human resource,it is a kind of special resource,because each person's level of knowledge and professional skills are not the same,so each designer should be seen as a different resource.The thesis classifies and describes the required design skills in the mould design process,and proposes the method to carry out the project scheduling with the shortest time plan under the conditions of satisfying the precedence constraints,resource constraints and required skill constraints.The GA-based project planning algorithm is used to solve this problem,and an example is given to demonstrate the validity of the algorithm.Then,considering unexpected events might be encountered during the implementation of projects,the project schedules usually can not be executed as originally planned.So,the re-scheduling strategy is discussed according to the different events,especially for tasks of tardiness,the local re-scheduling strategy is discussed to be subjected to the minimum number of task adjustments. Finally,a prototype system of mould design management was designed and developed,and four function modules of the system are implemented.
