CA flake manufacturing adopt SIMATIC PCS control system based on the WinCC,it is large scale process control system with taking TI555 as the controller, and taking an industrial PC as a monitoring and operating station,and taking an industrial Ethernet as control network(redundancy).CA flake manufacturing is consisted of two main parts,namely,the production line of vertical unit with batch reaction and finishing line with continuous production. Because of the process object of batch reaction is large time-delay,non-linear,it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model etc.,use the general traditional control strategy to control that it is difficult to get the desired control effect.Therefore the batch process control has been considered that it is challenge task in the chemical industry.So,studying an control method of the acetified reaction during the CA production is a significant practical meaning.This paper mainly study that how to construct PCS control system for CA flake production based on WinCC,including hardware configuration and monitoring configuration software design.Study on how to control the acetified reaction during the production,to realize the automation and monitoring on the entire production process.With the standard OPC interface,implement the production management system for collecting production data which generate from PCS control system, automatically report a various types of statistic tables,the process information is integrated into the form,so as to delivery the real-time products,consumption,quality information relevant to the production data on web so that the management person is able to know the above-mentioned the production status,monitoring the dynamic information of products,consumption,quality.At the same time,it is available to research and analysis the security and reliability of PCS system.PCS control system based on WinCC has been put into use in the CA flake manufacture,the system is fulfilled perfect control functions,rich monitoring capability,flexible expansion method,high reliability,strong anti-interference ability, and quick configuration and easy debugging.PCS control system based on WinCC is enables the level of automation of CA flake production device into a new stage.
