Due to the industrial development and raw material's exiguity, the utilization of raw material comprised with alkalescence as chlorine and sulfur in cement manufacture is not only the request of social develop to produce grog of high quality,but also the embodiment of advancement to cement technology and equipment.Adopting Bypass system can separate kiln charge end's high temperature gas and make volatile conden to fly ash.the dust collector can collect the dust and make dust separated from kiln system ,it can reduce the circulation of nocuousness constituent. In this way,the jam of kiln charge end is lighten,and the grog's content of alkali can kept in a certain range.DCS control system is adopted by bypass system,its hardware contains industrial control computer , controller,I/O control cubicle,field bus as so on.In software aspect,it is a whole project,which not only contains ABB system's monitoring function,but also the system's configuration and programming.This article is based on the RCC project, for investigating the DCS control system of bypass system ,its main content is as follows:1.Acording to the main component of green material,the technological flow of bypass system is constituted,and the main equipment of bypass system is introduced which contains the generic equipment and the equipment with PLC controller.2.Acording to technics's request and I/O distributing,the bypass control station is set up,three class control structures is introduced which contain controller class,communication network class and man-machine interface class.the controller collects with production process directly, and takes over the signal from equipment; man-machine interface is the equipment which exchanges communication between operator and DCS control network;the controller and the man-machine interface is collected by the control network.3.In control environment aspect,the IEC61131-3 programming standard which contain IEC software model and communication is introduced; ABB 800xA system contains the distributed engineering design environment, data management of groups by groups, standard library, control panel, graphical interfaces,soft spot and calculation function,information management and so on. 4.For programming of bypass system,not only program control model is introduced,but also the communication and the control of the special equipment is introduced.the programming of bypass system is finished through structure control language.5.Key technology of DCS control which contains antijamming technique and communication technique is introduced.in antijamming technique aspect,the source and measure which is taken of antijamming technique is detailedly introduced;In PID control technique aspect,PID arithmetic , the application of PID technique in bypass system and the optimised measure is detailedly introduced.
