At present nationwide natural gas transmission network is being constructed in our country. because the huge investment and high security of the project. it is important to complete long pipeline d optimal design proposal choice work.In this paper, the mathematical model of gas transmission pipeline process design optimization was established. The optimal process preameters included diameters and wall thick and number of compress station and the compress ratio of each station. The total investment and operation cost was selected as the objective function. The restraint condition including the intensity restraint, the stablerestraint, the energy balance restraint, the pipeline specificationrestraint, the compressor performance restraint, the fluid state restraint, compressed gas station number restraint, the terminal store restraint. This article had considered the original investment expenses and the operating cost of the underground gas storage reservoir for the first time, this made the model to be more reasonable. In the algorithm choice, because considered the natural gas pipeline Optimal design model has many variable and the restraint condition is complex, introduced the ant colony algorithm to the model, And applied it to this model and carried on the analysis and the research, Obtains the variable caliber, wall thickness, the compressor station integer and the compression ratio optimum composition plan, let optimal result to make the contrast with some literature in data. Proved it can improve the optimized design result.This article proposed natural gas transmission network optimized design model, and introduced the ant colony algorithms to the model research has the important theory significance and the practical value. it has the reference value to the related topic.
