The profile modeling tool rest system is a type of the mechanical hydrauservo system. It has a simple structure, reliable and strong anti-pollution, etc. Using a model or mold shape, the shoulders of many Units Shaft or rotary curve contour surface can be automatically modeled by the hydraulic profiling tool rest. Therefore, it can greatly improve productivity and reduce the labor intensity of workers. Along with the continuously developing of production, the existing hydraulic profiling tool rest has some disadvantage, such as, cutting force of small, low-profile speed, stiffness bad. It is difficult to be processed into the shape of very complex cross-section parts. In response to the status quo, we developed a high-speed non-circular body of hydraulic profiling tool rest.In this paper, the non-circular and high speed profile modeling tool rest uses the principle of mechanical hydrauservo system. This article aims to analyze and study a new kind of the non-circular and high speed profile modeling tool rest system. This rest has light weight, advanced structure and cutting force, high speed profiling, low contact pressure, and high efficiency. First of all, access to a great deal of information, through understand deeply the current status of the development of profiling tool slide. Come to a conclusion that development a new high-speed non-circular hydraulic profile modeling tool rest is feasible. For the characteristics of machine tool, select the differential hydraulic cylinder and bilateral slide valve. Build the mathematic model of the system basing on the first step simplified it. Basing on the mathematic model, take deeply theoretical analyses and computer simulation. Then come to the consistent results, the mechanical hydrauservo system of non-circular and high-speed profile tool rest is stability. Through the theoretical analysis and computer simulation, profiling tool rest reveals the structure of the system parameters on the system effect, so as to select and design the system parameters and provide a theoretical basis. In the course of the researching, the Simulink method is an effective way to simulate the dynamical characteristics of the hydraulic servo system. It is convenient, directable, and simulation results accurate and reliable.In this paper, the conclusions on the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydrau-servo system has a reference value, it can be use to improving the sensitivity and stability of tool carrier. The paper research of mechanical hydrauservo system of the non-circular and high speed profile modeling tool rest can supply theoretical basis for design, parameters choice and performance research of hydraulic modeling tool rest.
