Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution refers to the nutrients such as nitrogen and Phosphorus,pesticide and other organic or inorganic substances pollution.This pollutants cause massive contamination to the water source and agricultural ecology by agricultural surface runoff and leakage,the pollution include fertilizer pollution,pesticide pollution,straw burning pollution poultry raising pollution,agriculture film pollution,living pollution and natural disaster pollution. There is Dispersion,concealment,randomness,uncertainty,extensiveness and difficulties to monitor in Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution and it has become the main pollution source in surface water and underground water worldwide.Chongqing is located in southwestern China,the upstream of Yangtze River and it is greatest economy center in the area of upstream of Yangtze River and the industry and business center, transportation hub for water and land in southwestern China.It includes forty Districts and Counties(Autonomous counties and cities),only in the Yuzhong DistrictThere is no agriculture,because of the terrain,agricultural production is formed by the traditional style,the farmer-family production and it lead to the uneasiness to control the cultivation pollution,poultry raising pollution and living pollution,so,there is necessity to analysis the agriculture non-point source pollution in order to study appropriate measures to control it and protect the agricultural ecology.The main content of this paper include analysis of the present condition of Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution in Chongqing,Classification Analysis of Chongqing-one circle with two wines and the researches on the control measures of the Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution in Chongqing,so that measures can be made to solute Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution in Chongqing.And it benefits the safly of the Three Gorges Project,protection of countryside environmental condition,protection of the sustainable development of agricultural ecology and the Sustained,healthy and coordinated development of countryside economy in Chongqing.The data in this paper is based on the annual statistics of 2007 of Chongqing and the annual agricultural statistics of Chongqing,collecting the coorelated datas,including cultivation, poultry raising,countryside living poluution and surface runoff data.This paper use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method.On the one hand,it fully consider personal subjective judgements,making Qualitative and Quantitative analysis to the study objects, on the other hand it takes the study object as a system,beginning from the interactions of the inner and outer of the system to express the complicated factors by Hierarchy structure and doing layer-by-layer analysis to systematize,digitalize and odelize the decision of the complicated problems.Enviromental quality condition system is a multifactor and complicated mass-system, particularly fit for Analytic Hierarchy Process.his paper take the analysis system of the Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution as hierarchy -target layer.Rule layer include cultivation pollution, poultry raising pollution,aquaculture pollution,living pollution and surface runoff pollution. Indicator layer include eighteen concrete index.Analysis of the Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution has been done from different areas and from scores of different indicators.The studies shows that the general condition of Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution in chongqing is on the average level,the degree of pollution of each concrete indicator in different country or district is variant and the prominent problems are the relatively great variances between different countries or districts,especially the pollution in the one-hour economy circle area with better economy more serious than the tow-wines area.Measures must be taken from strengthening the prevention,stressing on regeneration,appealing republic attention,reinforcing the law, enhancing the agricultural environment manage to Comprehensively control the Agriculture Non-point Source Pollution.
