The Effect Of Water Pollution On Oceanic Economic Development In Dalian City

Sustainable development is a comprehensive concept that involves economy, society, cultural, technical and of the natural environment. Ocean economy, trade and industry to promote the economic development of coastal cities have a vital role. While marine economy is in the rapid development, an increasingly prominent issue of the marine environment, marine economy has become an important sustainable development constraint.In this paper, the type of marine economy of Dalian, the status of the investigation, described the types of marine economy in Dalian, socio-economic conditions. Dalian, the state of the environment through the analysis of environmental pollution has become a constraint derived Dalian ocean bottlenecks in economic development, and the impact of water pollution is a major factor in the marine economy. Therefore, the papers from the research study on current situation of water environment in Dalian in the development of marine economy and the future. For the economic development of Dalian, the current state of the oceans, through Dalian marine environment and the coordination of economic development analysis, propose solutions to the marine economy and the environment in Dalian coordinated development of strategies and measures. The research results as following:(1) Based on the analysis of major environmental factors in Dalian and the effect of environmental pollution on the marine economy development, marine environmental pollution is the important factor, which limits the bottleneck of economic development.(2) The appraisal indicator system was formulated by means of hierarchy analysis in Dalin,and applied Teroffy Process with Semantic Variable Analysis Process to calculate the weights of first level indicators and medium level indicators. The relevant indicator values retrieved from international metropolises were chose as reference system for appraisal,thus the appraisal indicator system and its classification process were built up to demonstrate the city grade of coordinative development.(3) The corresponding degree of environment and economy development belong to the unfiner harmonious at current status in Dalian city. The corresponding degree of environment and economy development will reach the finer harmonious at 2020 year in Dalian city. The harmonious development of environment and marine economy will be realized by using the modulation of domain-framework, marine management, industrial distribution and frame of energy sources.
