The flying shear machine is a kind of important metallurgical equipment, often used in steel rolling workshop to cut head, cutting the end or the rolled-piece cutting into scale length, in order to carry on the subsequent processing equipment. It is the important continuous-rolled production equipment manufacturing. Its working performance has a direct influence on the rolling line production efficiency and product incision quality.Taking the rotary flying shear with differential speed as the research object, this paper introduces the technical parameters of the flying shear, working principle, main structure characteristics Theory describes cutting mechanism and shear quality of the rotary flying shear with differential speed; Use the finite element theory ,we establishes three-dimensional finite element model of the rotary flying mechanism shear with differential speed by DEFORM-3D ,and then simulated it . Comparing the result with the rotary flying shear with indistinctive speed, Analyzes the advantage of the rotary flying shear mechanism with differential speed. Analyzes the strength parameters influencing factors of the rotary flying shear machine with differential speed. Using finite element method, the influence factors of different shear blade lateral clearance, thickness and width, shear temperature were analyzedAccording to the request of drawings, we modeled the finite element model of rotary flying shear machine with differential speed by MSC.Marc. Adjust the model parameters, analysis and calculation of the main influencing factors of stiffness and strength of rotary flying shear machine with differential speed. With the commercial finite element software MSC.Marc as the platform, using Visual Basic6.0 visualization programming language established "The structure optimization design software of rotary flying shear machine with differential speed".
