In the process of Petroleum Exploitation, pumping is important lifting equipment .It contains power machine, Reducer, Rack and Four-bar linkage. The reliability and security of these critical components is directly related to pumping's reliability and security.The research object is double horse head beam pumping unit ,researching it's field applications, summarying it's common form of failure and analyzing the causes of the failure .The strain measurement method is used for testing stress-strain of double horse head pumping site. The results found the main couse that leading to the sudden appearance of cracks of support member ,and obtained stress distribution of critical component of pumping under cyclic loading.The FEM simulation of the reducer housing and crank pin is done by FEM.By designing local deformation, change process station design of reducer under shell output axis beaing chock to double reinforcement plate structure.The changed reducer shell make output axis bearing chock to shunt,reduce the deformation of the shell,improve the minimum safety factor The result of simulation about crank pin verify the fact that there are wear and thread root by connecting rod tension,installation pretightening force,positive pressure.The measures are proposed to prevent crank pin wear in the paper.Instead of traditional optimal design methods,using Ansys software and system optimal design methods to make structure optimum design in pumping unit framework.The result of optimum premise member structures to minimize the total size,reduce the section size of tension diagonal parts ensuring the effective bearing ability of stent.
