With society progressing and industry developing, air pollution becomes very serious. So as one of the most effectively dust means , the application of ESP becomes more and more important and how to effective realize the control of ESP becomes one of the major research project.As a representative of the digital control, EDA (Electronic Design Automation) occupies an important position in various automatic control ways. VHDL( Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) which is an important form of language in the EDA technology is compiled by software control to achieve the purpose of the hardware control.The purpose of this article is to introduce EDA technology to the control of ESP, We compile various functional modules with VHDL and establish a common language for the controller which is not dependent on a specific programmable control device.In this article, through compiling each functional modules of the ESP program using VHDL and waveform simulation and functional simulation in Max+plusII, we completed a set of controllers in the common language of ESP. The simulation in this article is based on FPGA, but we may choose other programmable logic devices in use, all to do is that we must determine the appropriate changes when Select the device type and function of pin. The controller can be applied in different programmable devices, which makes it a more viable, The control system with external circuit of ESP must be able to provide a more effective and precise control. It also provides a new direction in control mode of ESP.
