Reaming machine is aviation engine spare parts production and valuable materials processing manufacturing process the essential basic equipment, reaming machine processing components efficiency and accuracy of how the efficiency of production parts, and whether qualified impact. Reaming machine have many ways to realize hot rolling process, most adopt open loop control mode, this paper adopts hydraulic speed closed-loop control to realize hot rolling process the precise control and pressure open-loop control, can using the specified requirements pressure range speed and realize the automatic control process of hot rolling process.In this paper, according to enlarge hole machine processing process requirement, design of hydraulic system and the design of control system, the control system type selection by applying electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system, control unit core part USES is the proportion of composite pump control hydraulic cylinder is a model. And on its core pump-control cylinder system established hydraulic system pump-control cylinder physics, mathematics model, without considering interference, under the precondition of Simulink software application in before the design of its processing speed signal simulation analysis, using Laplace domain signals as input, analysis of the control system of the overshoot and response characteristics, and join the PID control system of regulating module, improve the performance, but use regulation PID parameters method of this system optimization, made the system overshoot become smaller, faster response.Design the reaming machine hydraulic control system, the core element adopted ATOS flow rate, pressure composite pump, satisfying the requirements reaming machine, under the precondition of simplified the hydraulic control system, avoid the traditional hydraulic system and high precision, response when required by the servo control system bring energy loss, electric control part adopts PLC technology, combination, at relatively low cost conditions, using closed-loop control to achieve complete complex reaming machining process control requirements, but also can bring considerable economic benefit. Results show that the pump-control hydraulic control system in precision and response time on completely satisfy reaming machine control requirements and reaming machine control system design provides a new feasible method.
