Study On The Effect Of Chitosan Flocculating Method On Anthraquinones

This article used the common chinese medicine rhubarb which contained anthraquinones to investigate the effects of Chitosan flocculation on anthraquinones. Using the Chitosan flocculating sedimentation method to refine the water-extracted liquids of single herb rhubarb and the compound Feed ChenHao soup which contained rhubarb.Firstly ,using the L9(3~4) orthogonal test method to ensure the best water extraction technology of rhubarb. secondly, using the same method to select the best clarify process of Chitosan flocculating sedimentation method to water-extracted liquid of rhubarb. Selected the best clarify process of Alcohol sink method to water-extracted liquid of rhubarb with the L9(3~4) orthogonal test method. Comparing the content of effective ingredients, the size of ottelia alismoides rate and the similarity of fingerprint after the natral clarification.Through the compare of the two processes,we could ensure that the clarified process of Chitosan flocculation on water extraction liquid of traditional Chinese medicine which contained anthraquinones be Stabile and feasible.The TCM compound of virgate wormwood decoction containes rhubarb, Feed ChenHao and gardenia . Purifying the water-extracted liquid of this compound with chitosan , sinking with alcohol and clarifing naturally according to experimental medthod of the single herb rhubarb, comparing the content of effective ingredients of the compound , the size of ottelia alismoides rate and the similarity. Through the compare,we can reach a conclusion that the clarified process of Chitosan flocculation on compound medicine which contained anthraquinones also be Stabile and feasible.
